It is a real hassle to buy a used car these days and Platinum Automotive was a refreshing change. The guys that run the place are helpful and down to earth. They do some work on the cars themselves and so it was nice to have a fresh oil change and new battery already installed. The cars are clean as well.

Their prices are quite reasonable, especially for a dealership. We had a small snag with the DMV (no fault of Platinum Automotive) and they were super helpful in correcting this quickly, even though the car was totally sold by that point.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good used car at a good price. If I’m looking for a used car in the future, I would use them again too.

These guys sold me a pretty decent little Jeep Made it pretty easy. I was in and out in half hour. The jeep has a few issues but that’s to be expected. Can’t beat it for the price. My son and I are gonna have some fun fixing it up. I’ve seen some negative reviews on these guys and I get it but for the price they are selling you can’t expect a perfect vehicle. It was a fair deal for the price and I’m reasonably happy so what more could anyone ask for really. They pretty much shot straight with me. Hey it’s an old jeep with over 200000 miles but it runs fine. I knew what I was getting into and to be honest that it runs is a bonus because I’ve been looking at Jeep’s for this price that you have to tow home. Plus the body and interior is in pretty good shape too. Update 1/31/21 jeep is running good, I put some new tires on her and got the lift kit coming. No bad leaks engine runs good transmission shifts nice. No engine lights doesn’t smoke or anything. Starts every time. I’m Pretty darn happy with it. Update 7-9-22 Finally got the 3 in lift on👍still purrs like a kitten. I dropped the transfer case and put on new stainless steel brake lines. Gonna start addressing a few little leaks. Put a new headliner and roof rack got a hi lift. New bumpers on the way and some jerry can mounts. So far so good! Update 12/04/22 my beloved Jeep Cherokee XJ is no more. It was totaled by a hit and run driver in a stolen car. I had just put on a EAG winch bumper and badlands 12000 lb winch and purchased after market bushwhacker fender flares. I loved that damn Jeep.😔😔😔😔

Mahir and staff went above and beyond to get me in this car. I have been looking for a car since June, and with the car "shortage" had been to numerous lots and spoken with numerous dealers and was so over the whole car buying experience. Nice to find an auto lot and dealer who were straight up with pricing and very quick with final paperwork. I love the car I purchased and I will be returning for future car purchases. Overall a good experience and very kind people. Upon arriving to the lot we were greeted right away and there was no pressure from Mo our salesman. He let us inspect and ask as many questions as needed without any problems. After the test drive it was a very easy purchasing process and had great conversation during. They very much take pride in the mechanical status of their vehicles which was assuring and very nice knowing you're getting something mechanically solid. Most pleasant vehicle buying experience. Moe was honest, highly knowledgeable, and very courteous. I bought a BMW from here for my wife and she loves it. I highly recommend buying from here. My only heed of warning is to avoid the employee Dale. Fortunately when I went in person to look at the vehicle he wasn’t there but when I was first inquiring, he was rude, unprofessional, and for some reason told me to look elsewhere. Drove down from Cheyenne and got turned away from another dealer who sold a car from out from under me so I went here to look at an Audi wagon they had and while it has a few very minor issues (interior trim and wheels need to be balanced) but for the price it is perfect for what I was looking for.

I bought a 2005 Lexus is300 from here in May 2020. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The price was great and after 5 months the car is still doing awesome. I drove it from Denver to Boston and it handled it like a champ even with 150K miles on odometer. The only thing wrong with the car was 1 faulty Oxygen sensor (out of 4). This is my 3rd is300, and they always have O2 sensor issues, so I was not surprised by this at all, and the car still drives beautifully. Thank you for my IS300!! Love that car.
