Yuba County Code Enforcement

After complaining for two and a half years to environmental health code enforcement and planning department and no one doing anything about it my property is now twice as contaminated with hydraulic oil from my neighbor logger doing Commercial Business above me! Call logs for 2 and 1/2 years showing 25 calls to County offices and telling environmental health August of 2022 I would be conducting my own soil sample and still not getting any results! In August of 2023 I conducted the soil sample that showed higher amounts allowed in California for hydraulic oil. What an absolute disaster to have this happen to a homeowner who's been there for 20 years! Recently County Supervisor Mr Messick said logging does fall under agricultural, Mr Messick obviously being my neighbors good friend has no regards to my soil sample from a lab from Rocklin showing hydraulic oil contamination on my property! One would think after my neighbor blocked a county officials number Jacob in the planning department they would have taken action to stop this process of contaminating my property in early 2022 ! This is unheard of and a complete homeowners nightmare!

Forget about filing complaints if you live in the Plumas Lake area. My neighbors and I have filled multiple complaints of vehicles parking the wrong way and travel trailers / RVs left for months park in the street blocking the view as you are driving/merging from other streets being a safety issue, to this day, no one ever has shown or responded to complaints. Your tax dollars wasted.
