Commerce City Dentist, Dr. Charlie

Had a toothache and was looking for a dentist that was close that would be able to see me asap. They got me in the next day. They did the extraction and went the extra mile and told me exactly what else needed to be done came up with a plan and made sure everything is covered under my insurance. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and accommodating.

I’m new to Colorado, I needed emergency care.
4 other dentists tried to either pass me on to the next OR told me that I needed a procedure that it turned out I didn’t.

As soon as I got to Dr.Brandon’s office I felt safe and taken care of, I do not enjoy trips to the dentist (who does) but this was beyond pleasant.
Dr.Brandon is hospitable and funny.
The whole team is wonderful to work with!

Hands down, no contest, The best dentists and dental office I've found anywhere in the state of Colorado. Medically, professionally, and personally. No hyperbole, they restored my belief that humans can be Good in real life.

Always friendly and caring, and made time after exam for important dental work so I wouldn't have to come back.

My HEROES! Seriously, the Best Dentists I've ever experienced! I was visiting the area from out of town when I had a toothache to address. I'm So Happy I went here! They squeezed me in last minute and had genuine concern for my dental health! They got me back on track and were so kind throughout. The entire staff was great! I felt like a part of their family, which made sense after finding out its a family owned and operated business. I'll be back!

I drive here all the way from South East Aurora. Because doctor bro, And his team Are so great. I don't even feel like I'm going to the dentist. Because of the great atmosphere. I Always felt like I was being judged when I went to other dental facilities. I actually have a good time when I'm there talking to the staff. Prices are amazing, and these doctors are rockstars . Dr Braud and Dr Salazar are very different people in their approach but equally great as dentists. Every single one of their staff make the visit to the dentist a welcome experience. I was recommended to them by my roommate two years ago and I have recommended them to friends. My friend's have gone to them and are recommended them to their friends and family. So, I highly recommend them to you!

This place was amazing for me. This office is the only one that took my insurance. They got me in immediately the Dentist and all staff were so loving and caring. They explain everything. Thank you all!!

My story begins in the same way as so many others, with a little bit of procrastination. I had been developing a substantial cavity in my spare time and knew I would need to get it fixed eventually but who has time for that?

My girlfriend and I were 1 week in on a 5 week trip across America and by the time we got to Denver, I was having a rather difficult time eating, due to the cavern in my mouth. The pain had finally started to get to me and it was time to do something about it. This is how I ended up at the office of Dr. Brandon Braud and Dr. Elizabeth Salazaar in Commerce City.

I was anxious at first as it had been quite a while since I had been to the dentist and I wasn't exactly proud of the condition of my teeth but very quickly Dr. Braud and his staff made me feel very comfortable.

First I got an X-Ray.

My next stop was with the dental hygienist. She worked on me for about 45 minutes until there was no sign of plaque anywhere. She was gentle but thorough and although I was a little sore after, my mouth had never felt so clean!

After that, I was off the the drills. Dr. Braud asked me about my cavity and what teeth were bothering me. He then did a complete assessment of my teeth and found that I had several other teeth that needed serious attention. He then explained to me the actual condition of my teeth and that I had 12 cavities, 2 of which might need root canals. At this point we found it humorous that I had written "cavity", singular, as my "Reason for visit". I told him that I would really like to avoid the root canals if at all possible and he assured me that he would only do it if it were completely necessary.

My mouth was quite the undertaking for one day and it took a lot of numbing, drilling, rinsing, spitting, and filling before it was all over. Through the worst of it, Dr. Braud, Dr Salazaar, and his staff, who had to stay long past closing, did their best to ensure that I was as comfortable, relaxed, and even entertained.

After 12 fillings and no root canals, my bite was more than just a little off but they took the time, and it took some time, to adjust my bite until it finally started to feel normal again. I can truly say the Commerce City Family Dentist Doctors and staff went above and beyond in dealing with my "cavity".

Final Chapter:
A couple days later my girlfriend and I were back on the road. We ended up staying with some friends in Salt Lake City, Utah. That night, as I was flossing my teeth, one of my larger fillings popped right out of my mouth. Ahhhh....

The next day I called Dr. Braud and told him what happened. He apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that if I could make it back by his office, he would take care of it. Since we enjoyed our stay in Denver so much, we decided it would be worth it to go back for a couple of days. Once we had continued our trip down the west coast, we eventually made it back to Commerce City Family Dentist. My filling was fixed and by the next day we were back on the road.

The pain is gone, the sensitivity has subsided, and no more fillings have come out. I am truly thankful for the quality, professional, and affordable work that I received here. Even though I don't live anywhere near Commerce City or Denver, I plan on making the trip for my 6 month check-up. Thank you Dr. Braud, Dr. Salazaar, and your awesome staff! You guys rock!

I’m one of “Those People” that fear the dentist.
All of their Staff from Reception, Assistants to Dentists are incredibly warm and sensitive to their Patients needs.
They work with a degree of Perfectionism that is incredibly rare and I cannot thank any of them enough for all of these amazing qualities.

This office is truly one of the best. I’m always greeted with a smile and treated respectfully. The doctors are personable and reliable and my teeth have never felt cleaner. Can’t beat the prices either!

Amazing experience here, love the hygienist. The doctors took great care of me here. Love these people and will be going back (plus I like my smile and they are Geelong me keep it!!)

Everybody's cheerful great bedside manner

I would personally like to thank the dentist who bashed me on facebook and put all my personal business out on the internet. I said I didn't have a great experience there and I was attacked for no reason at all. Thanks so much for your professionalism. What a great dentist you are.
