Chris was wonderful! My husband and I had 60 days to find a house, purchase it and move from Idaho to Colorado. This was our first time home buying experience, so there were many stressful factors (first time home buyer, time crunch AND not being in Colorado to actively look at houses). Chris was so helpful, kind and honest. He went above and beyond to help us find an amazing mortgage broker, video tour homes, and gave us sound advice on certain houses and offers. He was always upbeat, professional and efficient. I would recommend him in a heartbeat! We were able to find a perfect house, in our preferred city AND closed on the house before our moving date. We were very hopeful to find a unique one of a kind home to relocate our family to and to raise our three young boys. Through Chris's listing updates we found the perfect home for our family early on in our search. We reached out to Chris immediately and asked him to find out everything he could about the property and schedule a showing ASAP. He got back to us that night with tons of helpful info on the property, scheduled a showing for the next day and helped up secure a loan prequalification letter through one of his trusted lenders by noon the day of the showing. We loved the house and due to Chris's quick work and support we were in a position to make a strong offer that afternoon which was accepted. Chris was extremely helpful in the contract negotiations as well. He provided an e-calendar for all deadlines and stayed in touch with us and on top of everything through closing and was eager to lend assistance and take items off our plate wherever possible.

Purchasing a new home can be stressful, particularity when one's fallen in love with the home or property one's pursuing, but we remained comfortable and confident every step of the way thanks to Chris and his impeccable service. We got the home of our dreams and we owe it all to Chris! We've purchased property in the past with another agent and were blown away by Chris and his services every step of the way. Being an out of state seller Chris was able to give me the right advise to get my house up to selling standards. He was on top of inspecting the house before we listed and straight forward with anything that would potentially put us under listing price. He did an amazing job getting me what I wanted for the asking price, also is always looking out for his sellers/buyers when it comes to properties. When it came to closing on the property he was there every step of the way, even dealing with the title company when they had complications of there own.
