Perfect broccoli chedder soup and very tender chicken broccoli Teriyaki.

It was my first time ever ordering and drive thu employee was so helpful. Listed all the options they have with no attitude or she wasn't rude. And once I got to the window she was very polite. I believe her name was Ray, if I'm not mistaken. Definitely a place I would go again. Food was delicious and the Green Juice was my favorite.

This location is awesome! I've met lots of different employees going through the drive thru and they're all so nice and helpful! I joined the sip club and I love it. I now also get lots of coupons and opportunities to try things.

Had lunch there today and the front person who took our order was friendly and welcoming. The food was incredible- worth the price!!

Such friendly staff! I've never eaten here before, decided to stop in fur a quick bite! The portions were huge, the quality was outstanding and the service was awesome! What a great experience, I will be back!!

I got Dylan at the drive-through. He was very patient!!! I was frustrated because the Panera website menu had different (higher) prices than what he was quoting me from the actual store/drive-thru menu.
I had to change my order like three times because I was trying to keep my bill under a certain price point! HE was SUPER patient and when I got to the window he handed over my drink and my food in a very friendly way! :D
I felt compelled to give him a dollar tip because he didn't rush me! He understood that some people try to make the order fit financially for themselves!! (under $10 with SIP CLUB) >>Panera does need to look at their online menus to make sure they match the drive-through menu!!<<

We often order for pickup and love the food. However, they could keep more bakery items in stock for later orders but I know the pastries and typically morning items. Bagels are usually out by afternoon though. Also. Sometimes soup runs out. It's popular, keeping items in stock is the only opportunity I see for improvement! Yummy Panera!

Hands down one of my favorite places to go for lunch or dinner. The food is always so fresh, and delicious, and the staff is always so kind no matter which establishment I visit.

I've eaten at Panera a hundred times and never gotten a bad meal. Love their tuna fish sandwich!!! I miss getting dipping oil for the bread, that was a highlight!

Quick and friendly service. The cinnamon crunch latte is delicious and I could eat a bear claw every morning for life. The outdoor patio is large and nice; it's in the shade, but the sun isn't in your eyes either 😄

These people are always welcoming and inviting they have orders ready to go or ready with little wait time.

Very clean, great food, totally great customer service! The manager was short staffed at 11:30 since her cashier had not made it in yet. She was handling take out orders arriving to pick them up as her kitchen staff got them ready. She made my bagel and coffee complimentary because of the wait. Outstanding. She didn't have to do that and I was happy to pay with cash but she refused. Exemplary representative of your company.

I visited this Panera Bread today to pick up a very large order. They were extremely short staffed, they had someone walk off the job today. The staff that was left was working like crazy to fill the orders, including the manager. They were polite, apologetic for the wait and the food was prepared exactly as ordered. I think this team deserves a shout out for their hard work and dedication - thank you!

Great service at this location. Food is always good at any Panera location I have been. Their soups are soooo good. The bread is fresh and the tea selection is also very good. Coffee is also very good and their house blend is a very smooth flavor. I haven't tried other blends so can't comment on those.
The sandwich selection is also very good. Something for everyone.
The deserts/muffins etc. are also very good. I have always found them to be fresh.
The place does get busy at times but mostly you will find a spot quickly unless you have a large group.

I don't normally write reviews but I just wanted to say Presley the young lady up front is the sweetest and is the only thing thats making me keep coming back (besides the soup haha☺). She always asks me how my day is and I get lucky if she's the cashier that day, it's often someone else and they are kinda off put and don't make much conversation with me and are short and kinda rude, but she's GREAT! Thanks Presley you are amazing:)

I wanted to begin my review before I even got my food. The service here is through the roof amazing. Attitude is everything and these people really showed some amazing customer service attitude. On top of that the cleanliness is great! After my food had arrived I am even more satisfied with an delicious lunch I will be leaving happy! I will certainly be back!
