The Garlic Knot

Quiet, unassuming strip mall spot with friendly staff that recognizes their regulars and serves the kind of delicious, traditional calorie-laden pizza we all crave. Of course the garlic knots are the best, but my 11-year-old pizza fanatic stated, "We gotta remember this place!" after polishing off a slice of the stuffed pizza. The dining area isn't anything fancy, but it had the perfect kind of family-friendly feel we were looking for. Even better, we had it all to ourselves on a Friday night at peak dinner hours. The only major downside was that the restrooms were all out of service.

My Chiefs special, that I requested jalapenos on, did not have them. I called the restaurant and the person explained that they are not responsible for delivery orders if they are not a pick-up. Alex took the time to discuss the issue and work toward a solution. I was glad to talk to him and he has tried his best to help.

Garlic Knot has the best cheese pizza I have found in Colorado!! The pizza slices don’t flop over like other places! Delicious crust and great cheese to sauce ratio. This pizza tastes like home!

Alex was so kind and helpful as we all as accommodating to our children and we appreciated his genuine patience! Aside from the amazing service, the food was fresh and fast. It was a cozy late lunch experience!

If this isn't your favorite, go to pizza place already I would be surprised. This place is great. The pizza is amazing, the prices are reasonable and they are fast. Seriously, if you haven't had the garlic knot then your missing out.

Food was so good had lasagna and salad! Garlic knots were fantastic! I'll definitely be back and tell my friends!

This place has the absolute best pizza... and the garlic knots... yes just yes. They have an amazing thin crust pizza, they don't put on a ton of sauce and that is what makes it so perfect, on top of having a phenomenal red sauce that has a wonderful flavor that you just don't get other places. Employees are very polite, and efficient.

It was good. I had the Caesar salad. It was yummy!

While traveling, I ordered a Pizza and their Garlic knots on a very busy night. The staff was extremely courteous and clear with the expectations. It was a long delivery time, but I was OK to wait. The food arrived, and the Pizza was excellent. The Garlic Knots were the best I have had - such great garlic flavor that I had to brush my teeth after I got tired of the potent garlic taste (which I totally love). Great food - can recommend.

Ate lot of stuff here and never disappointed and the number one thing I go for is wings they are one of the best out there

The pickup was absolutely amazing. I walk in through the door and BAM I see the most beautiful woman ever handing me my food I ordered, and I think to myself as I'm taking the food from her..."this can't be real... to even be looked at, let alone have food handed to me by someone so beautiful."

My pizza was DELICIOUS. They don't skimp on cheese or toppings. Best pizza I've had in a long time.

I’m really not sure why this place has lower than four stars. I definitely think they are a solid 4.5 to 5.0. The marinara has good flavor, the pizza is really good and the prices are decent as well. I also really appreciate that they sell pizza by the slice with their slice/salad specials. It says that they care about their customers who don’t want to eat a whole pizza because it’s a lot more work to make a slice for someone. Thanks for dinner. :)

Great place for a quick slice / slice combo. You can call ahead for a slice or two as well. The #1 combo is basically enough food for two meals. Super friendly staff and manager.

The best pizza pasta place with great house salad. The garlic knots are so good, it's hard to stop eating them. Fantastic..

We have been looking for a pizza place that was like authentic New York style pizza. The Garlic Knot did not disappoint! Fresh, hot, delicious NY pizza, great sauce and crust, perfect chew and nice big slices! The staff was awesome and efficient getting our pizza out in about 15 minutes and finally, we paid for extra cheese and we got EXTRA CHEESE. We will absolutely will be going back very soon!

We have moved and there is not a Garlic Knot near us. We were out and decided to stop and have pizza. It was just as we remembered! So good! I wish we had one closer to us! It is probably a good thing that we don't, actually! They are probably the best fast food pizza in town!

The Garlic Knot is the real deal! New York-style - greasy, foldable, flavorful. Toppings are fresh and the pie is always baked to perfection. I've been to more than one location and GK is always consistent. One of the best pizzas in the greater Denver / North Metro area hands-down. And the garlic knots? Fuggetaboutit! Perfect in every way. Do yourself a flavor and try it!
