Convenient neighborhood liquor store with not a huge amount of shelf space but a decent variety of native craft beers, seltzers, and spirits. Wine assortment tends to favor reds but recommended whites are respectable. Rewards program is a plus!

Visited Denver from Austin for my 40th and I walk in and hear John Coltrane through the speakers. My kind of place. Laidback, friendly and helpful staff. Found Husch Mendocino Old Vine Zinfandel in the wild, their Pinot is glorious, and I've never had their Zin....and with a new to me Italian red to try. Husch Zin paired and sung soaringly with sister's neighbor's ribs and sausage fresh off the grill later in the evening. Came back 5 minutes later with my brother in law to round out the bar cart with Skrewball and rack up those points.

Grape Expectations is an exceptional shop. Great selection, great staff. Very knowledgeable. I appreciate the friendships my family and I've built with the staff. And I always appreciate their recommendations. Park Hill is fortunate to have such a great place.

This is a shop owned by one of the nicest families that are fully invested in what they do. I love the selection. You can tell they have tasted every single thing they have brought in. They do consumer tasting/sampling every Thursday and Friday so you can try before you buy. I hope the Park Hill area knows what a gem this place is!

You will find your larger produced stuff, but also some rarities that you only come across every once in a while.

One of the places I miss most since moving from this neighborhood. Get on their email list to see what they are doing samplings of every Friday after work. They have a great beer selection with lots of specialty releases. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well.

Great little neighborhood place! Staff are helpful without hovering or being intrusive. Masks in place all around, and the number of concurrent customers is limited and carefully monitored.
