The Regenerative Institute

I had yet another incredible experience at the Regenerative Institute in Spokane. The staff, nurses and Drs were amazing. They followed up the next day and showed genuine care. I also highly recommend their skin products and supplements. I have never felt better.

I’ve had 2 successful meniscus surgeries on my knees in my late 60s. Early 70’s. However I reinjured my left knee. Went back to the surgeon for relief. First was given strong anti inflammatory meds which did nothing. Return trip was given a cortisone shot in that knee which resulted in no improvement. A dear friend recommended to me his son in law, who was given my problem and Johnathan said I can help that. On the first visit he preformed an ultrasound and said there was significant damage but he was confident he could fix it. We’ll let me tell you he did. It took 4 or 5 visits to complete the healing. I’m virtually pain free. Able to sleep, walk and ride my bike pain free. I visited Johnathan today in his office to express my extreme gratitude for giving me my lifestyle back. Riding my bike. Hiking the hills near our home. Endless miles shopping with my wife. Thank you Johnathan for all you did. Forever grateful ❤

I recommend Rob Friendt to EVERYONE. Pure genius PT who genuinely heals his patients. He offers compassionate care and makes it a point to heal in the least number of visits possible. Every person I’ve known who has seen his as a patient sings his praises. He’s worth every penny

Love coming here! Staff is great, feel like they do a good job of making you feel at home, like a part of the family. The vitamin B shots have helped me get through my marathon training and having better energy and focus at work. The vitamin D shots are great for the winter blues, you’re going to be surprised by the mood shift.

They have an appointment system on their website and are great at sticking to it, I’ve been going there for almost 1.5 years and can’t remember being there for more than 5 minutes before I got my injection. If you are considering vitamin B or D shots I highly recommend; I’m sure they’re great at all they do but that’s all I can speak to.

I have had no relief in 2 years from a serious work injury. After mt 1st visit I can drop my shoulders and feel like I'm on the right road to being able to move again. Looking forward to working more with Dr Pasma. Wished I would have known this excised years ago.

Dr. Friendt was fantastic. I have been in pain since my shoulder surgery. He found an issue no other medical professional has ever pinpointed before and his diagnosis and explanation made sense. He set me up with a beginner physical therapy plan I can tackle on my own at home. I am beyond relieved to have been referred to The Regenerative Institute on so many levels and so far all the staff have been top notch.

The Regenerative Institute was the top place my Orthopedic doctor recommended for nonsurgical treatment of my MVA whiplash injury. I would describe their care as genuine, effective, and individualized, with a focus on a lasting and sustainable recovery results. I just wish I found them sooner!

I have seen Dr. Pasma twice over the last 4 years for platlet rich plasma (PRP) injections. The first time for hip pain after falling hard on that hip. I could no longer sleep on my right side, which is my preferred sleeping style. After several injections (it's a series that works), I have been able to sleep on that side since! AMAZING! He also treated my hip/lower back and resolved an ongoing pain I've had on/off for over 20 years! I was so grateful for this treatment.
More recently, my left knee has been inflammed and in pain, especially after sitting. I did seek conventional treatment to no resolution, so I sought out Dr. Pasma again (love his new location in Kendall Yards). Despite a diagnosis of moderately severe arthritis in that knee, I'm now back to doing all the things I love without pain!
Dr. Pasma is gifted at providing PRP injections with his intuitive style, years of experience and informed on site imaging.

Love this place! Very clean, beautiful, and modern. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I always come to get some IV Infusions or vitamin boosters. Kristin is awesome! She is a very professional and knowledgeable specialist. Also she is very sweet and kind. Great experience every visit.

I had a great experience with Dr. Pasma. The suggestion to have my first injection of Glutathione was great. Dr. Pasma’s also suggested and guided me towards a more healthy way to eat. I am definitely coming back to the Regenerative Institute to get my next shot of Glutathione, next week. I will be seeing Dr Pasma in three weeks, and I am looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Pasma. Thank you.
