I had a new person, so it was a little slow going at first, but she asked questions, and that impressed me. She didn't try 2 fake it. An advanced hairstylist assisted, and my hair is 💯 what I asked for. The consultation was great, too.
I also had my eyebrows tinted and waxed, and there were a few hairs and adjustments that needed to be made.
I went back the next day, and the owner did it free of charge.
I shopped the boutique & found a very cute top too.
Everybody was very professional.
I recommend giving them a try!

Michaela was amazing with my daughter!!! She has always felt very nervous with haircuts. The sensory experience, the uncertainty of if she'll like the cut, the social dynamics.... it's all makes her nervous. But I've heard amazing things about Michaela and so did my daughter from her friend. So, we thought we'd give it a try! Michaela made my daughter feel so relaxed and at ease!! She checked in throughout the cut to make sure she was happy with what was being done and was so supportive about it being okay for my kiddo to tell her if she didn't like something! We are so happy with the whole experience and couldn't recommend Michaela enough!!! Also, Miranda did a great job with my brows while my daughter was getting her cut! Super happy with our whole experience today!!!

Jalen did a beautiful job on my pedicure. The new building looks so good inside and out. So grateful to have this place in Cheney and not have to drive to Spokane for beauty services.

I've always had great experiences with Diamond Beauty... it's a place I can trust with my lashes, hair, and recently permanent make-up. They never disappoint! Miranda, Emily, Michaela, and Anna are all professionals and have consistently exceeded expectations in the 3 years I've been going there.

As always nothing but good things to say! Michaela is so wonderful with my hair and my kids hair - not to mention I've never had an awkward conversation where you feel like you HAVE to talk. Conversations always feel natural and I never feel bad about being honest about the hair! We will continue coming back for sure!

Totally dig their vibe. Super comfortable atmosphere. Very knowledgeable, genuine and friendly staff. Very satisfied with the work done and can't wait to go back for my first fill. Definitely gonna utilize their other services as well. Worth the drive ❤💯

Took my 2 year old in to get her bangs done. They did great! They helped keep her engaged and calm, and made it a quick and painless endeavor. Very well done given it was her first time in a salon.

Emily K. Is amazing. She is so fun to talk to and made the entire experience wonderful. She listened to what I liked and didn't like ans gave me hair that I LOVE.

I had one of the best hair experiences with Emily yesterday! She was so knowledgeable and did such a great job! Plus, if I had to be stuck in a chair with anyone for a chunk of my day, I was glad it was her — she was so fun and easy to talk to (which isn’t always the case when you first meet someone!). I personally can’t wait for my roots to grow out to book my next appointment!

As a whole, I have always been so happy with Diamond Beauty and Boutique the few times I’ve been there for waxing and brow tints — it’s a much needed commodity in Cheney! Can’t wait to see their new space and see their growth coming soon!
