Oh wow. This is a great place, perfect food and atmosphere. These little places have the best foods. I love tamales and they are fantastic. My wife had a smothered burrito and fell in love Wonderful spot for date night, perfect prices 👌, can't wait to try more of these plates

Amazing service at what seems like a New Mexican or southwestern restaurant with great green chili rather than what some folks consider "traditional Mexican restaurant". That's is fine by me as it actually what I prefer.They have the real deal green chili madd with a Anaheim type pepper here if that's what you are looking for. Food was great with decent size portions especially for what you pay 7-10 bucks a dish. For level of spice the half and half chili was perfect with a good kick but I could still enjoy the other flavors of my meal so I assume hot or extra hot would have actually lived up to the title but they have a mild option too. Place was very clean. Not super fancy just great food, service and atmosphere so we'll be back.

Got a smothered bean and beef burrito, it was great. One of the best burritos i have tried at a restaurant. Ladie was very nice. Also went back to try some more food and it was great. I also met with the owners daughter Jessica i believe her name was and she treated every customer that went in there very kind. She checked on me to see how everything was and just had great energy. Thank yous all who work here for the great food and kindness. Much love. Will be back for more.

I love the green chili here. The bean burrito is just a vessel to get the green Chilli in my mouth. The prices are great. Never disappointed.

Deluxe smoother burrito. Quick, fast and easy breakfast. Atmosphere here is really nice. First time here and the gal at the register was very sweet and you can tell they truly admire their customers.

1000000/10 - service is incredible, Maria remembers my name every time since the first time I went. Breakfast burritos are my absolute favorite in the nearby cities, I work in Denver but go out of my way to go further north to get them for my team. They are beyond reasonably priced and hot the spot every. Time.

Update: still adore this place and the people!

I've been visiting and enjoying Damn Good Mexican Food with Quality at Cafe Mexico for almost two decades!!!

Great Customer service and great food! I got the mixed plate with a burrito, Encheladas and a Taco with beans and rice smothered in green Chile. Was perfect spice level that wasn't over bearing and lots of cheese! The woman at the front counter is top of the game for customer service. Will definitely return again!

After a long day traveling we googled places to eat close to our motel . We didnt want a big production and wanted good food in an easy going atmosphere and Cafe Mexico looked promising and had good reviews. The place is nice and clean and we were greeted by a very nice guy behind the counter who quickly took our orders. Both of our orders were combination meals and our orders were delivered to the table with a smile and we were pleasantly surprised with the plates delivered. The entree's were hot and well presented and were delicious.

As always food is amazing, service is excellent! I recommend chicken tacos! Their chicken is always so moist and good!!!

Delishus food, reasonable prices, and happy service for the trifecta. Went for dinner, then back the following day for lunch. I wish I lived closer.

The food here was absolutely delicious. From the homemade chips to the salsa to the tacos and burritos everything was right on target. That you'll go up to the left to place your order and then they will give you a beeper to bring your order to the table.

Tried the all steak burrito smothered hot. The burrito was really good. I really appreciated the steak was perfectly seasoned and not over-salted and cooked to a burnt crisp or dripping in some kind of weird sauce. The burrito didn't need any of that because the green chili was so good. I didn't find it very hot but didn't care because it had so much flavor. They topped the burrito in a generous helping of the yummy chili so there was plenty to keep dipping bites of burrito in. They must know how good their green chili is because they also give you a spoon with your meal (kind of rare sometimes). Spoon was perfect to fetch every last bit of chili to eat after thr burrito was gone. I will definitely swing by this place again in thr future when I need a good green chili fix. Service was good too, and the food was served quicker than expected even with the place being a bit more than half full.

Taste and quantity of everything here is amazing. All at a great price.

Huevos Rancheros are delicious and the service is always fast and friendly.

hands down the best and I really mean it the best Mexican food in all of Colorado
