A cool place for brunch, drinks, and sandwiches. They have a variety of options to choose from. We ordered some breakfast items and loved all the food. It is one of the best cafes around the area.

Great coffee, yummy avocado toast, and I found a comfy seat just for me and my book while I waited (not long) for my food to be brought to my table. You order at the register and either take it to go or take a number to put visibly on your table. Nice and easy. Vibrant dining room, lots of talking and sounds of dishes. Cool and vibey music plays in the background of it all. It's kind of a cozy seating arrangement, but somehow, conversations are still private with all the happy sounds. One of the best lattes on my list. I will certainly be back! Kind service and pretty presentations.

I stopped in for a quick brunch. The leek quiche was absolutely delicious. I think it was a bit expensive. For a mocha iced latte and a slice of quiche I almost paid $20. Thankfully everything was tasty. It was a bit tough to get a seat but one eventually cleared out.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and realized it was late enough for dinner but still early enough for happy hour pricing. 😃 Nice vibe, super-friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food items (wings, salads, soups, burgers, sandwiches, cocktails, wine, beer, juices, coffee, and desserts! No problem at all accommodating food allergies/sensitivities. 👍 The food came out exactly as ordered/customized. We found our go-to when visiting mom in Gaithersburg. ❤

You will not regret coming to this amazing coffee shop. Food is very delicious. Warm atmosphere. I will highly recommend you to try their steak and eggs. It has been the best I have eaten so far. I was very surprised to see their menu you will not expect the amount of options they have. I can’t wait to try their entire food menu. And coffee no words to describe how good my latte was.

Great coffee! (It can’t be any better when they use a premium “La Marzocco” coffee machine, I’d been coming there for over a year and the food, drinks, coffee and service never disappoints. Always good and consistent. Love this place!!

Foods are pretty good and we didn’t wait long at all. I love the tuna sandwich, and the $5 truffle fries is fresh and delicious. banana crepe is too sweet to my daughter. She said she will have other crepe instead for next time. We enjoyed the lunch!

Definitely a great spot for coffee and food, my go-tos are Frittata, Lentil soup, Guava Croissant and grilled salmon. Very healthy I know:)) Also they are coffee roasters, so coffee is always great

Quaint and spacious cafe serving eats, coffees and cocktails. It's a bit pricey, but everything I've tried has been good so far. Finding a table isn't overly difficult, especially when they have their expansive outdoor seating available. You can order at the counter or through a server. The prices are probably on the higher side, but pretty standard for this area.

Just enjoyed a delicious slice of leek and Gruyère quiche and a seasonal coconut cold brew coffee. The seating area was sparkling clean and I waited less than 5 minutes for my food. Shoutout to barista Camden for friendly and speedy service!

Went with kid and a friend and we all loved the food and drinks.
Got the steak n eggs. Steak had the most delicious sauce on it. The blueberry pancakes were DELICIOUS! My super picky eater destroyed them, and the syrup was sweet but didn't over power the pancakes. The French toast had crispy edges but soft in the middle. It was sweet, moist but not mushy. French toast was the highlight for me.
I was pedestrian and got got an iced mocha, and my friend got a dopio Expresso.
Lastly we tried two bakery items, spinach crossiant and orange cranberry muffin. So good I got one each to go!

One of the newer coffee shops added to the kentlands in recent months. Replaced the old location for the Starbucks on the corner.

Similar to their other location on 355 in Rockville, this is a coffee house combo with a cafe. I had a pour over (worth the wait) and a croissant (warmed). Both were excellent. The coffee was strong but not bitter and the croissant was very flaky and flavorful.

They have a pretty large menu and would like to come back when I have more time.

5/5 - excellent for a coffee shop, looking forward to trying some more of the food!

I have been coming to Java Nation from the first day it has opened in the Kentlands to present. Each and every single time I have come it’s new truly been an amazing experience and service. Irene the manager provides top notch service. She is very kind, attentive, committed and dedicated to provide the best service for her customers. The team does an awesome job.

I have ordered many dishes (empanadas, quiche, crepes, savory breakfast sandwiches, bakery items, the list is endless). The coffee is always delicious and I love the artwork with the cream. I have had their lattes, smoothies, teas. The food is always on point and delicious. The chefs are amazing!!!! I love the way they cook. Everything here is delicious!! The desserts yum yum yum!!

Irene’s team goes above and beyond. The ambiance is always welcoming. The atmosphere is very beautiful inside and very clean. Every time I walk in, I take a deep breath and just feel so relaxed walking into Java Nation. I love the outdoor seatings on beautiful days and have many beautiful moments.

If you haven’t been here you are missing out. The service, food, and ambiance is top notch. Irene is amazing. Thank you Irene for always making it a beautiful experience for me, my family members and my friends. You have an awesome team.

I was going to the one in Kensington for a few years so I was excited when I learned they were opening one in the Kentlands. Everything has been spot on, been here about 6x.

These photos I’m sharing are from a breakfast outing. I usually get the mocha latte with some sort of pastry or breakfast sandwich. The English muffin breakfast sandwich is 💯. One of these photos shows the quiche which comes with a salad and is delicious.

Everything is always fresh and made to order. Decent portions relative to the price. And ofc I can’t forget the coffee 🤤Highly recommend Java Nation 🙌🏻

Great Service! Love going with my family for a cup of coffee and the delicious food! They serve excellent pupusas, French toast, and the Java Burger is a few of our favorites!

The food and the employees are exceptional. Shout out to my Ambrosio and one of the manager I believe her name is Irene they always welcome me with a smile!

Food was amazing. I had the panzanella salad with grilled salmon it was a 10/10. All the ingridients tasted Fresh. Service was exellent. Employees will make you feel welcomed to this cute Cafe.

This place is amazing. The coffee and cider is so good, and the food is quality. I’ve gone to a number of coffee houses in the area, and this is my favorite. Highly recommend!

The food is delicious! I only tried the Salmon Burger but definitely need to go back to try more dishes.

Good vibes and great food/drinks. I ordered hot cocoa and a chocolate croissant (though you do have to ask them to heat it up). Delicious, all of it.
