Jacob's Java

This is my coffee place. It's where I go, and will probably go for the foreseeable future... They are locally owned and something Spokane made. Coffee is consistently good, I don't have to order anymore (they know I'm comin), and often, they make my morning. 😉

I LOVE Jacobs Java! They are my go-to place for coffee daily. The staff is amazing! Amazing customer service. They will make your coffee however you request. I have medical issues requiring specific details and they have NEVER gotten it wrong. I highly recommend this location!

I LOVE them!!! Seriously GREAT prices, wonderful drinks, and really GREAT customer service!!! They're open on Sundays too! The only negative is they don't have 32 oz drinks but really, do we need 32 oz drinks? Probably not. But they have an amazing selection of flavors AND even great SUGAR FREE options! Some of the best I've found! Absolutely love them! Any location is gonna be a GREAT experience!

Since I only get drinks here, and it's a kiosk, I can't exactly rate food or atmosphere- but I have always had good coffees from Jacob's. They do a great job.

Always consistently good coffee! Friendly and helpful baristas always. One of the best places to go in Spokane if you appreciate a richer, more caramelly roast. They have one sit down cafe on north Monroe, but otherwise these are all drive throughs.

A lot better prices than Starbucks.

Everyone is always very friendly here. When I go it's never very busy. Just one car in front. Drinks always come out fast and on point. Definitely love this place they're always consistent with their drinks.

Great customer service and they have all kinds of flavors on earth. The barista was super helpful in suggesting the flavors that can be combined

Possibly the best coffee I've had! Fast, friendly, and inexpensive, too! Hot skinny white mocha with Chai $5. This made my night!

Great little drive through coffee shop. The barista was super friendly and helpful when we stopped through Spokane on our way out west. The coffee was really good and I was very happy to see vegetarian options for breakfast! I would definitely return again

I've loved Jacob's for years but hadn't been by one for quite a while until recently. I was a little worried that the quality of the coffee or the customer service wasn't going to be as awesome as I remembered, but that fear was quickly put to rest. That cup of coffee turned a regular Monday morning into something pretty fantastic. Thank you Jacob's Java. You guys have become Spokane legendary!

My favorite go to before work place! If I wake up low, I can always count on a great cinnamon mocha and great staff to brighten my day! Need coffee? Go here! 😁

The barista’s served me a coffee before they were even open. They are the best ever and I appreciate them all morning as I sip on my delicious coffee!!!

This was my first time at this Jacob's java and the guy that was working he had dark hair and was tan wearing a tye dye shirt, He had amazing customer service and was very sweet. My moms eggnog coffee was perfect to her and shes really hard to please. Whenever we come into town he will be the reason why we come back.

I love Jacob's Java!!! 😍 You can pick your own flavors. The Baristas will help you figure something out also (if your not sure). Absolutely amazing espresso.

This is my all time favorite coffee house in the area. I know everyone has their favorite, this one is mine. They are so friendly and always make me something delicious. Check them out!

I need more stars than 5 to rate Jacob's Java. I've been with these people at all locations and the one on Washington ever since they opened. It has always been; Good espresso/coffee, Made exactly to my & wife's specific desires, And the staff, it isn't a matter of knowing about customer service, they live it! They are the stars.

Best coffee I've had in a long time!

Very quick and convenient' courtesy great tasting coffee...both hot and blended...its better than dutch bros and Starbucks 'within the downtown blocks....only thing this place needs is to carry 32oz. Cups..

I've never been disappointed and look at this color.
