Discount tire always does a great job. Their pricing really is very fair. If you get a nail in your tire, they’ll change it at no cost. Easy to work with, can’t recommend them highly enough.

Sean and the team provided above and beyond service. In addition to same day service, I came in with what I thought was a quick fix that ended up being more complicated. He preemptively ordered a new tire from the warehouse in case I'd need it (which I did), put on the spare tire to ensure safety for interim driving and later that day the techs quickly installed the new tire allowing me to keep to my schedule. A gracious thanks all around! Highly recommend this location.

Josh was amazing taking care of all my needs checking my car before driving on a long road trip! He gave me very helpful advices on how to care for the car’s tires and where to go for regular car check. It sure helps when one staff gives an exceptional customer service to gain a loyal customer.

Devon and the team at discount tire went above and beyond! Woke up this morning with a flat tire and honestly knowing that I needed new tires al together. This couldn’t have happened on a worse day, work, doctor’s appointment and a hair cut all on the books all on different sides of town. Getting new tires was not something I was ready for today. Called discount tire and was connected with Devon, who listened to what I needed and honestly moved hell and high water to get me taken care of. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks Devon and everyone at this discount tire! 🛞

Bought a wheel and tire package from tire rack and had Discount do the install. I dropped car off in AM with no appointment and they had it done before 5. I had an issue with the TPMS sensor and tire rack sent them a new one and they installed it quickly for no additional charge. They even let me drop my key before they opened. Everyone there was super friendly even with always being busy. I wil continue to use them as needed.

Always treated wonderfully. This is the only store we go to (we drive 40 minutes). The staff have excellent customer service skills and work hard to get you in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A couple of suggestions:

Would love to see WiFi for customers and possible a soda machine. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait, those two things would make it a bit more pleasant and help me be able to continue working, while waiting for my car.

These guys work hard and do great work. I can’t imagine how many people they assist with last minute repairs and issues. They couldn’t fix the hole in my tire but it is very understandable given the size. But they did replace it and had it completed in great time given I didn’t schedule an appointment. Thank you discount tire team.

I was getting an alignment at this location after I was told they now do alignments. They also match Breaks Plus or any other retailer price. It is the busiest Discount Tire I have been in with exceptional service. TJ was the Assistant Manager, and was so nice to show me my tires were aligned with the exception of one. I purchased my tires at the Hampden and I-25 location. Very polite, and how they treat all people is exceptional. TJ taught me how much they CARE there. Thank you so much TJ; you understand the meaning of customer service.

Their new SMS notifications/web portal for status updates on your vehicle is always accurate and such a nice feature.

Been getting my tires from discount tire for 10 years. Their tire warranty program, selection and customer service is second to none.

I must say that words are not enough to describe the level of satisfaction and the attention received from the staff that works in this store, I bought a pair of good quality tires for my Jeep Liberty and I must say that it is the store that has the best prices from all over Colorado

Devon was awesome. I was passing through from Utah to Kansas and my trailer tire had a flat. It was the valve stem come to find out. Made appointment, went in and come to find out my appointment was due the following week. Told Devon I was just passing through town and he got me in and out in about an hour....squeezed me in with the other appointments. Thanks Devon you rock!!

Can't rember.my techs name but he took great care. Called.in for info on tires and he put a bay on hold for me..drive right in.. new snow tires in under an hour..

I am a member of Pilots for Christ in Wyoming. We keep a van at the Centennial Airport to transport passengers to the Children's Hospital.
The van has an older/odd tire size. Andrew and Sean here got the tires ordered from their warehouse, here pretty quickly and bumped me up so I could make it back to the hospital in time to get our clients. They rock! Definitely come here to get your next set of tires!

I got a leaky tire and I thought I’d give discount tire a try. They were pretty busy on the day. So I got an appointment the next day. Met a friendly staff member. He checked my tire and got me checked in right away. It took less than 45 mins for them to fix the tire and rotate the tires. And it was free. That could easily take 2+hours at a different place. Everything tire related is free except for tires and alignment. They sure got my attention. I was told they offer the best price on tires as well. I WILL buy tires from them.

I love their service to check the air in my tires when the dash light comes on. I will definitely buy my new tires here when needed.

Had a tire fixed and wiper blades put on. Excellent experience and very reasonably priced..I'll be coming back when I need to get new tires....

Anyone who DOESN'T use Discount tire is making a mistake. I have been a customer since the late 70's, and have always been pleased with the products they carry and the professionalism of their employees, no matter what decade or store location! They obviously do an oustanding job training their people as I hear the same excellent customer service from all of them while waiting. We recently went in with a slow leak on a car that DIDN'T have Discount tires on, and they repaired it for free. They probably saw the many sets of tires we have purchased over the years. Pricing is competitive, but it's the customer service that sets them aside. It's well run operation.

Discount Tire continues to do it right! I had a damaged tire and it was replaced free of charge. They recommended replacement of the other 3 tires and they gave me a great price. Their service is among the best in any industry. I worked with Jaymes and he was polite and professional. I will not trust my tire business to anyone else!! I'm a customer for life.
