I should have came here 1st. Several calls to and visit s searching for simple part and low and behold S.P. ordered and received part and I'm back to doing my own laundry

I dropped in just to ask about a replacement air vent for a water well that had been badly damaged. I had called and web searched for replacements, but could not find one. First, George, greeted me inside, and even though it was closing time, he called their local warehouse and left a message. If it was not available there, he would check their Portland warehouse, and call me back.
The next day, Christie called, as George was not in. She advised they did not have it but would try to find another source. few hours later, she did just that, and discovered, after locating the actual manufacturer, that it has been out of production since Covid, and a possible restocking date would be at least 9 months.
She continued searching and found an equivelant item from a source in Pasco. She gave me the name and number of the rep she spoke with, as well as what the cost was. She said "you can contact him directly". Meaning, Spokane Pump would not even be involved in the purchase. I know she spent the time because she told me the places she'd contacted!!
It's rare to find customer service of this standard anymore!!

They have all different types of pumps in stock. Some accessories, some bottle jacks and hydraulic equipment such as porta power tools and attachments. The team seemed friendly and knowledgeable about the different line of products they sold and pointed us in the right direction. They don’t sell hoses and fittings for the pumps. Just pumps! They also have a service shop to repair and rebuild equipment.

The guys over at Spokane pump saved me hundreds of dollars on my repair. There staff was very helpful, knowledgeable,honest, and quick. I would highly recommend giving these guys a try you will not be disappointed.
