Thrifty Car Rental - Spokane Valley, Wa TLE

Had to have work done on my new car and the service department was able to get me a rental car through Thrifty. It was the smoothly process of picking up and dropping off the vehicle. Definitely will use them in again if I need any car work done!

Very quick and easy process, rental was priced right and customer service was great, will definitely use them again.

I needed a car for a few days when mine wasn't working. I was able to reserve a car the same day and picked it up with no hassle. They didn't try to sell me anything additional, no hidden fees, etc. I will definitely rent here again.

I have used them 3 or 4 times. Every time I have been met with amazing customer service.

My wife and I were in a desperate situation. We had a long planned road trip coming up, and our daughter just two days before injured her knee bad enough to need crutches and wheelchair to get around. That put us in a significant need for a bigger vehicle than ours to make the trip. We needed a minivan. I've only really rented from Enterprise, so we reserved online with them that day, but enterprise calls us the morning of the trip, as we were walking out to go pick up the rental to tell us that they didn't have the van, despite their website saying they did, and they proceeded to blame us for reserving the van online while their store was closed. We then called Budget, Hertz, and then Thrifty. Budget and Hertz didn't bother answering their phones, I gave them each a few tries before moving to the next. When I called Thrifty, they answered right away. After speaking to the young man on the phone and telling him the situation, he ended up going out of his way to find and make available the van we needed, and he saved the trip. In person, he and his coworker were both extremely friendly and helpful, and icing the cake, they were much more reasonably priced than ANY of the other companies.

They definitely won our loyalty with this experience. Moral of the story is, don't rent from Enterprise ever, definitely do it from Thrifty. Thanks guys, you were great. (I'm absolutely terrible with names. The gentleman who busted his hump for us was blond and young, his coworker's name was Andrew, and you can probably guess why I remember HIS name, ugh) I'm going to see about letting their manager know how great they are when we bring the rig back.

I picked up a vehicle at Thrifty in Ponderay, Idaho and returned it to the Spokane Valley location early and traded for a smaller vehicle during the recent snow storm and I have to give a HUGE shout out to Alex for making the swap easy and reassuring!! I extended my rental period and Alex made sure I had the most safe & efficient vehicle on the lot! The 2018 Ford Escape was PERFECT (and the heated steering wheel was QUITE a treat) during the storm. Kudos to Andrew as well, for helping me with the early turn-in process. After I dropped the vehicle off, (they were closed for the New Years Eve holiday) I realized I left my medical supplies in the back seat so I called to leave a message, and I believe it was Dave from the airport location who took my call. He went out of his way to contact the manager, Dan, who immediately contacted me and arranged to have one of the employees meet me so I could pick up my supplies. I absolute love how all of the Thrifty locations work so harmoniously with each other with one goal in mind - to provide EXCELLENT customer service with every interaction!! YOU ALL NAILED IT!!! Dan even called back an hour later just to make sure everything was handled. I am eternally grateful for the amazing work ethic and dedication of all of the employees at Thrifty Spokane Valley - especially on a holiday and after hours!!! You guys set the bar pretty darn high and none of your competitors will ever come close to your amazing customer service!! I'm a Thrifty car rental fan for life now!!! Alex, top notch customer service. I highly recommend this place. If you need a car rental for the weekend get away this is the place. Rates are reasonable and they are easy to work with. Plus, you can pay with a debit card with a $250 deposit, which you will get back 2 days after you return the vehicle. If you need the car longer it's easy no hassle. Be sure to bring your own full coverage insurance or else you have to purchase theirs. Overall great place and I will always rent from you. Thank you again for having Alex at the counter.

I was in a bind and needed a car quickly. After being told by Hertz that I couldn't have a car until 3 days later, I called Thrifty. Marcus was very friendly and helpful. They were able to bill the insurance company directly and even upgraded me for a reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back if I need a rental in the future.

We have rented cars from Thrifty Auto several times, and have never been disappointed. The friendly and helpful staff are amazing. I am always glad when Marcus Farmer answers the phone. Although we have always had excellent care there. Marcus Farmer remembers us and our needs. He goes over and beyond to meet our rental needs. Rented in Spokane Valley and needed 4 wheel drive vehicle due to road conditions. They were exceedingly prompt, pleasant, and helpful. My vehicle was in excellent condition and spotless on the inside. Will definitely rent from then again in the future!

I was in a bind and I needed a car quick. Thrifty was able to provide me the car that I needed with one hour notice or less. They provided me a free upgrade. They also came to my house and picked me up. The price was a little bit steeper than what I would like to have paid but beggars can't be choosers.

A great place to rent a car. The rental agent who helped us, OJ, was extremely helpful and patient. He went the extra mile to make sure we had a good experience. Everything was reasonably priced and the business model is transparent and easy too understand

I rent a vehicle a few times per year. I need all-wheel drive to ensure getting over a mountain pass. No big deal, except it can't be an SUV because 95-year-old parents can't get in/out of an SUV, so I need a sedan. No big deal, except it has to have enough room to accommodate 95-year-olds and a wheelchair + walker. Thrifty goes the extra mile to make sure I get a vehicle that will work, and at the best rate they can offer. Yesterday, Marcus even remembered me by name when I walked in!

Best car rentals around! Always the cheapest prices in the area and they always have such new cars.

Made my reservation online and picked up the car 4 hours later. Really easy in and out. Chris and the crew were top notch. And they answered the phone ANd researched and got the answer when I called to ask a question re a light.... it was fine

Marcus Farmer is the friendliest person I have met at a retail business in a very long time. He acted like he cared and that is important to me. He was very pleasant, professional, and patent. I recommend using this location and I will return.
