Alamo Rent A Car

Very friendly service at the check in counter, and in the garage where we received our car. We did not some minor but reportable damage to the car that we documented (time stamp photo and inspection sheet) however, there was no one around and no gate attendant to report the damage to. The car was
Otherwise clean and comfortable. When we returned the vehicle we were helped by an outstanding customer service representative. I explained the damage to the vehicle and he assured us that Alamo was aware of the obviously old damage. He was pleasant, helpful got us on our way to the terminal in short order.

Picking my car up at the Spokane airport was easy to do. I love renting from Alamo because they don’t have an extra hold on my credit card. The Alamo rep was very nice, cheerful and professional. We picked up our Midsize SUV and left. The car was clean and maintained well. Dropped our car off and had trash to dispose of but the attendant said to leave it in the car they would take care of it. It was a great experience with Alamo care rental service and will continue to rent from them with great service we always have renting from them.

Five stars. The app is easy to use, the pick-up and drop-off was super slick, and the minivan I rented was actually cheaper than the competitors. At pick-up, Ozzy was fast, polite, and had me on my way in under 6 minutes. And he didn’t make me feel like he was going to kidnap my family if I didn’t buy their insurance. Robert, on the drop-off side was polite, friendly, and got the minivan all checked in before I could even unload my luggage. But at the same time, his relaxed demeanor didn't make me feel rushed. He could even check that I filled the tank using his mobile device so I don’t need to keep my fuel receipt handy anymore. I like that. I would recommend Alamo at GEG to my friends and I’ll definitely be renting with Alamo the next time we visit and at other locations as well. Thanks for taking the stress out of renting a car!

The car rental check out was fast and efficient. I was on my way out to the car lot within ten minutes. My rental was a Nissan Kicks and got very good gas mileage. It took awhile to figure out how to open the rear hatch since there was no remote release inside the vehicle. Other than that, everything was great.

My experience with Alamo of Spokane has been amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Allen at the front desk in the airport. Allen is a lovely and kind gentleman who has been able to upgrade my family, which is appreciated by all. Thank you Allen for making the checkin process seamless!

These individuals made it possible to keep our family together in one vehicle after a booking site blew it by allowing reservation of vehicle that GEG Alamo did not have in their fleet. My wife and I recently rented a truck from the Kahului Airport on Maui for a relaxing vacation. From the helpful staff to the "skip the counter" process and online reservations, this was by far the best car rental experience we have ever had. Unlike the other rental car company we recently rented from Alamo changed exactly what they said they were going to charge, but wait! They were under staffed so when we got out to actually pick up the car and we had to wait for help the lot manager let us pick any car! We ended up with what was like a 3 grade upgrade! Everyone was super friendly even though it was after hours. Definitely will rent from them again!

Easy pick up and return at Spokane airport. Vehicle was immaculately clean. Staff was very courteous.

Went to pick up the rental and all my information was there and check in was quick and easy. The Kona ran great and got good gas mileage. Dropped of early in the am and we were on our way home.

They were far more fairly priced than the other travel car companies this Thanksgiving holiday. The clerk who helped me at pick up suggested a small upgrade to a bigger car that was PERFECT for us. I messed up the overnight return and they were very very kind about it and called to let me know all was ok and the deposit was still returned to me. We'll never rent from another company again now! That type of service and communication is just so appreciated. We loved the car we rented so much that we are thinking of buying one ourselves now!

The gentleman at the counter was ever so pleasant to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. They put us in a different car which turned out to be a great car. Would definitely recommend Alamo in Spokane for car rental. Return was great, the young lady working returns was great.

I highly recommend this rental company if you are in Spokane. Buba and Drew at the rental counter helped me checked-in and get the car I wanted. They even suggested to upgrade as we were driving up to the mountains, which now after the trip I totally am thinking was the right call. Buba managed to get me a good deal for the upgrade to compact SUV (with sun roof even) which I think was totally worth it for your road trip.
P.S. I typically do not review rental car companies, but I Liked these guys because of their customer service.
