The food, employee's and atmosphere was fantastic. The place was recommended to us. We live 70 miles away. We were on Spokane Valley, so we decided to give them a try. We love ot. I guess the menu was redone about 3 months ago from what we were told.

The food is fantastic and you get good portions for the price. The Orange and Tso's Chicken has a nice crispy coating, and the chicken is tender. The suaces have an excellent flavor.

Hands down best eatery in Liberty Lake.
The food and the staff are superior to a lot of what is offered in the area... go out of your way to visit Ding How...you wont regret it!
The Smoked Trout on their fresh board is the best you will get anywhere!!

Seated and served quickly at 430 on a Saturday. Wait time for food was mostly good. Everything was served hot!! Now on to the food:

Ding How Tso's Chicken: chicken breast, lightly battered, with an amazing flavored sauce this is not thick and gooey like the average Tso. This was not spicy spicy, but very tasty. This is now my favorite Tso.

Sichuan Beans: Oh My Flavor! Wonderful. Tad bit spicy. This arrived late and I almost cancelled it, so glad I didn't. Everyone loved this.

Crab Cheese Wontons: Generously stuffed, mostly cream cheese with a light amount of crab and green onion. The wonton wrapper was a little chewy, but guessing the dough needs to be thick due to the amount of stuffing. The combined taste of the wonton in their sweet and sour dip is magic!

I'm not into sushi, but word is the Bomb is the bomb! It was visually appealing.

Great place with good reviews so I decided to go. Pulled up and was a little suspicious at first due to it being near the safeway and subway in a strip mall. But when I tell you that the black pepper beef was the BEST food I have eaten all year, I speak 1000% true.

Hands down best sushi I’ve had… and I love sushi. Order the lobster roll🤤. Fresh and delish. They don’t skimp with too much rice. These rolls are the bomb.

Man this place is always packed! Definitely a good sign of business! The staff is super friendly and they get the tables turned fast, great for a table for two, or a larger party. Food is a great love sitting up at the bar watching the chef make my food and answer all of my questions LOL very helpful definitely will be back but may consider earlier in the day dinner rush on a Friday or Saturday keeps the place packed haha

In a humble abode next to a Safeway rests the Chinese Thai rival to Fujiyama. Going there for a birthday was a pleasant surprise! Not as overblown a production as Fujiyama, Ding How serves up mind blowing Teriyaki and Thai fusion style food. I personally recommend the Thai Basil spicy chicken with a side of rice utterly amazing taste sensation. Service is excellent, attentive and perceptive waiters cater your every need be it Pepsi or Root Beer. Truly superb experience do not miss it in Liberty Lake your family will enjoy! My daughter loved the Teriyaki and food. Good use of vegetables, peppers and lettuce are a joy of flavor!

Hot garlic beef at Ding How in Liberty Lake/Spokane was legit. Even the beef was tender. Cooked nicely between medium rare and medium. Sauce was flavorful. Space was updated and comfortable. Staff was helpful, conversational, and friendly. Not your average strip mall chinese or teriyaki joint.

One of our favorite local restaurants. They've remodeled and now they have more tables. The food is excellent and the staff is very accommodating.

Ordered takeout and we were so impressed! Got the tofu pad thai, garlic pepper beef, and super california roll. The portions were huge and the food was delicious! I hope they get a larger location soon--it would be nice to have a designated area for takeout orders, rather than having to stand at the bar amongst dine-in customers. We will be back ~

Amazing fresh food! This is my favorite place to get Asian cuisine. So delicious and the service is always great. This is a cozy little place that gets pretty busy. I usually call in my order and pick it up.

Great little place. Very cozy! We had the Mongolian beef ( out of this world deliciousness), crab cheese wanton ( had to get a 2nd round of these- super delicious), and the Godzilla sushi. We were seriously tempted to lick our plates. Needless To say, no leftovers to take home. Lack of pictures should tell you how delicious the food looked. Wholesomely amazing. Planning on our next visit as I type this.

Very delicious and large portions for the kitchen entrees. Sadly they didn’t have a sushi chef when we came in, so maybe call beforehand to see if it’s available. Would definitely come back to try the sushi though.

Amazing sushi and sashimi with a warm cozy atmosphere. On the contrary the wait for the food was a little long but it was a busy night. The service was surprisingly welcoming seeing as how busy they were. All in all the place is my new favorite sushi restaurant and I recommend to all sushi lovers like myself.
