Advanced Internal Medicine

2022 update: Parking garage is located east of the Rose Medical Center called "Rose Founders Surface Lot". Some street parking free available around Dexter St without meters but 2 hour limit.

Advanced Internal Medicine is part of the HealthOne network. Our primary care is Katelyln U. physicians assistant. She is patient and is genuine on listening to client issues.

Both front desk Nurse Autumn they are friendly and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is to improve the 3rd party billing department I’ve been put on hold for over an hour without resolution.

Historical significance, year 1949 Rose hospital was named in honor of Denver hometown hero Major General Maurice Rose, one of the highest-ranking members of the military to die in the field of combat.

I have been well cared for at this practice by both Dr. Li and Kelly Montoya, a nurse practitioner. I see Kelly most of the time and I can always get right in and don't wait in the waiting room. She's very attentive and compassionate and offers different options. They are fabulous!

I always have the sweetest MA named Linda! She makes me feel right at home as soon as I walk through the door. This office truly makes going to the doctor less dreadful and most days I enjoy it now from all the friendly faces and smiles. 10/10.

I came to Advanced Internal Medicine looking for a second opinion after feeling a bit discounted and unheard at other facilities. I immediately felt at home with Lauren Bennett. She has an amazing bed side and I appreciated the time she took to listen, answer questions, and provide the best experience and outcome possible. I was referred to Dr Li by my surgeon right after the birth of my first child. He was just beginning his practice at the time. I can’t imagine ever seeing another general practitioner again. He must spend all his free time reading medical journals because he knows about any new medical thing I might bring up during my appointment. He is a great partner in my health. He’s invested in me and my health. My entire family sees him now. My aunts, parents, spouse, etc. You will never find a better and more informed doctor who is interested in fixing the root cause instead of putting a “bandaid” on the problem and just prescribing a pill. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Li and his team. He is very thorough with my visits and spends the time i need to talk thru everything. I have NEVER felt rushed and gives me options to my health care. His team is AMAZING as well. I would call several times asking questions regarding my prescriptions and EVERY TIME they listen to what I have to say and are willing to clarify any confusion on my part. Dr. Li has been amazing! My husband has been very sick for over a year and it’s taken this long to find a very rare endocrine problem and Dr. Li has stuck by our side throughout. Dr Li has been my personal physician for over 15 years. He is thorough, thoughtful, trustful, caring and takes the time to understand patient needs. He has a nice sense of humor with an engaging, calm, reassuring demeanor. His office is efficient and pleasant.

I feel so lucky that I have a doctor that I love! I've been a patient of Dr. Li's for several years now and what makes him a great doctor is that he treats the whole patient. He believes there is a mind-body connection he will try to determine an underlying cause for your issue instead of just treating the symptoms. Julee the PA is also fantastic and it is clear that she and Dr. Li see eye to eye about how to treat patients. She is very personable and makes me actually enjoy going to the doctor.
The front office staff are always friendly and accomodating and I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.

Julee Karcz is SUCH a wonderful provider and has always made me feel at ease and listens with sincerity at each visit. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and the staff there is always courteous, professional and compassionate. I was running late to my last appointment because of a strong snow storm and the receptionist was incredibly understanding and kind and I appreciated it more than she could have known.

Dr. Li is fantastic. Love his focus on preventative care. He cares about the total wellbeing of patients and does what he thinks is right, rather than what he necessarily gets reimbursed for. Dr. Li's character and attitude carry over to the office as a whole - great atmosphere and experience that starts with Donna at the front desk (who is also great). Highly recommend.

I have found a wonderful primary care provider here and absolutely love Kelly Montoya. She is so kind and caring and understanding. She has helped me take back my health so I can feel and be healthier. The front staff are also so helpful and friendly. I never wait in the waiting room for more then 5 minutes either.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Li’s for 14 years and have been seeing a PA in this practice, Julee, for probably 10 of those years now. They are exceptional providers. Both personable and knowledgeable, I have faith in their recommendations and feel comfortable pushing back when I disagree as well.

Dr. Li and Julee are excellent caregivers. I recently had a visit with Julee; got the appointment quickly, and she took such good care of me.
