Torchy's Tacos

Yum! You don’t want to miss Torchy’s Tacos! Highly recommend their Trailer Park Tacos “trashy” style. The atmosphere is fun, with lots of textural walls, great music, and a large open industrial feel to the interior.

I had a short stay in Denver on a business trip and several people recommended I try Torchy’s. I am so glad I did. In the 2 days I stayed there I visited 4 times.

They have a big variety of unique taco options, some good queso dips to enjoy, and really yummy deserts. It’s nice they also have a bar to grab some drinks at. All of the times that I had went, the service was super quick. I cannot wait to go back and try more of their tacos and try every single one on the menu!

I believe the dessert I got was deep Fried chocolate chip cookies and they were amazing! Highly recommend any and all of they queso dips and honestly, any of their tacos are great but will depend on your preference.

So good! After a long day of travel, we stumbled upon this place and loved it! They had some of the best chips and queso we've ever had! We also split 4 tacos, because they all sounded so good. We had the baja shrimp, brushfire, chicken fajita, and the democrat .The best was the chicken fajita! The salsas that came with were so good. Some were spicier than expected, so we mixed and matched. Will absolutely be back when we visit Colorado again!

This place is off the charts fantastic!! The food is out of this world flavorful and oh so very good. I doubt there is anything on the menu that would not taste amazing. I highly recommend the chips and guacamole! Best guac ever!! I tried three different tacos and all were super flavorful. I had the Cougar, Tipsy Chicken, and Baja Shrimp and the accompanying sauce, which take the tacos to a whole new level!! Fun and modern atmosphere. Amazing service!! I highly recommend this place!!!

I recently visited Torchy's Tacos when they opened in the morning, it was a good experience. When I arrived, there were only a couple of people there, which created a peaceful atmosphere. I decided to try their burrito, and it did not disappoint. The flavors were rich and satisfying, leaving me satisfied. Despite the simplicity of my visit, the food was undeniably good. Overall, I would recommend Torchy's Tacos for a tasty option.

Great food. Management hates dogs. No pets on patio. Highlands ranch location is paw-friendly though

So... this was my first time here and I must say, that the only thing better than the great food and amazing house margarita was the outstanding service from Emily! She made me say that! LOL... seriously, this will not be my last time to Torchy's and especially not at this location! Pictures are the Republican, Crossroads, Roja Salsa and Hillbilly Queso!

I love tacos at Torchy's. 2 is usually plenty for a meal. My favorite is the Trailer Park made extra trashy.

Had guacamole and chips this time and they spiced it up too much. Guacamole shouldn't be spicy but I'll overlook it. The dragon fruit and strawberry lemonade is excellent.

Interesting taco place. Fastfood setup with some unique taco optipns.
The sauve served with tacos is amazingly refreshing
Fried avacado taco was very delocious. The spice level is very balanced.
Some drinks, like the mango one is very refreahing and not too sweet

Really good tacos! And amazing guacamole also the service is so awesome! They really care about their customers. After a very long day at the Renaissance fair we came here to eat. And I ordered queso even though I meant to say guacamole I know right how do I mix up queso and guacamole but they totally switched out what I wanted even though they were super busy! Thank you!!

Torchy's is always delicious and well worth the expense. They got my order right the first time and ready for pickup quick. The atmosphere is nice and not too loud. Someone spilled a drink and they cleaned it up immediately.

I used to live across from the original Torchy's trailer on 1st Street in Austin. Menu is the same amazing choices, but my how they've grown! Service here is great!!!

Tasty hipster tacos from Austin etc. TX! Get in the car, go there, you'll understand soon. Get the queso, Trailer park ordered extra trashy, green chili pork, maybe a tipsy chick too? Just try stuff and ask for the secret menu if the main selection is getting old to you. Moved from Houston back to Colorado and couldn't believe Torchys made it to Denver! Once YOU find YOUR favorite tacos, the way YOU like them, you'll get it!

Great place for a wide variety of street type tacos with excellent bar service. Great relaxed atmosphere with subdued surroundings that allow a nice conversation level. Great gathering place.

The food is very good. Tasty and delicious. Seems a bit pricey but it’s good enough to keep going back. The music can be a little loud sometimes but overall clean nice place. I love the queso. And the tacos

As an official (not official) taco aficionado I am currently enjoying Torchy's as my go-to place for tacos. I have several places in Denver that make more authentic street style tacos, but these pack all the flavor I could want and are very filling. They offer other options and have a unique "taco of the month" which keeps things interesting.

Torchy’s Tacos are a favorite of mine. The ingredients are fresh, and I love their flour tortillas. I recommend the Democrat and my husband likes the Tipsy Chick.

Pretty much can't go wrong with any of their street tacos. All unique and full of flavors with good sauces.

Great place for tacos. Really good tacos. Trasy trailer park (fried chicken with queso) is a fave.
