Oliver was nice enough to put on a temporary lock while I went and grabbed my own. Shaida was very accommodating and understanding with the rental truck. She went above and beyond and was very informative.

Our company has enjoyed the service and smiles of this CubeSmart location for over two years and convenient for us to pop in there when we need something from our space. The building is absolutely spotless. Shaina and Oliver are the best. Oliver even knows my car when I drive up! They have given us extra help and advice every time we have needed it.

This place is great! Shaida has done a wonderful job, best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Unit his good, their access is secure, and the use of dolly's and carts makes moving much easier. Great place to rent.

This place is wonderful! The prices are the best in town for a non sketch storage unit. Shaida is so helpful and really cares about running a great business. I feel really comfortable leaving my things here

I have been a renter at CubeSmart here for one year. Upon my move in last August 2022 10x20 unit , and from there I have downsized my rental until 2 tines. From the time I rented online and arrived at the Storage facility , I was greeted with the smiles and reception of warmth and genuine hospitality along with knowledgeable and efficient employees.
The Manager reviewed my rental agreement and payment terms upon my arrival close to their clsoing time that day. And, Oliver , was so cool, he walked me to the location of my actual storage , and showed me how the locks worked to secure the unit . Although it was past business hours by a few minutes , Oliver still took his time and went over hours of operation for access of entry/ exit and was aure to ask if I had any questions.
In the year I have rented here, I feel very lucky to have chosen such a well managed facility by these 2 employees who value their customers and who genuinely take interest, when you have inquiry or further storage needs.
I will choose this particular storage in the future if I have future needs . The exemplary staff and the location, along with property upkeep and cleanliness with genuine customer service and hospitality cannot be beat,l.
I haven’t received this level of service in a long time from any other competitors such as Public Storage facility where I have rented .
I highly recommend this CubeSmart, you wont find a better Manager who Manages the storage and who will meet your storage needs . Both Oliver and Sheida , The Manager are pleasant and consistent with information and review of expectations thats why they effectively and consistently in the year I have been with them have retained my business.
The hours of gate operation are posted , if yiu need exit after 10:00PM you will need ro call the 1877 Cube smart 24 hours live person will answer your call and assist you to exit if its after gate hours 10:00PM.

Fabulous place - fast sign-up, friendly staff, fabulous facility that's clean and well-secured, functional location. Got myself a fine little storage space for a fair price, and locked it in for 2 years.

Finding this place was fantastic. Far, far better than Public Storage down the street.

In my 40 yrs of customer service experience, Shaida is hands down one of the best out there!! Very knowledgeable and efficient and is so kind every time I come in. This location is very clean and conveniently located.

As my first contact with thisfacility, I was impressed by the welcome, knowledge, and profesionalism shown by Shaida and Oliver.
I was explained the different possibilities and products. I was shown the different units, and all questions answered toma satisfacción. I am signing up for the storage, and I reco.mend this facilita to anyone looking for a storage.

Worked with us to help with our unusual business storage needs, very professional and courteous ppl. Ty for the extra help!!

This place is clean, climate controlled, secure, and their prices beat the competition. On top of that their staff is very friendly and great to work with!

First of all, Shaida was an incredibly helpful manager.
Additional positives include:
There were plenty of carts always available to use
The hours were convenient
The units were clean
But again, Shaida was excellent and without good management, I don't think that we'd have stayed the extra month that we did!

This is the second time in 3 years I've needed storage space. This facilities employees are great. The same manager is there which is a great sign! They are wonderful. I actually placed a call to a storage facility closer to my new property but they never called back. I personally don't have time to chase people/businesses - my time is important simply put. This facility answered right away, helped me reserve our unit and when we moved in there was a great personal touch!

I have used Cubesmart before. Different location. This one reminds me why I came back when I needed to store again. It’s clean. It’s simple. Things work. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. The place is a fascinating maze that makes me feel like I’m on a spaceship or somewhere in The Matrix…but this isn’t the time for a philosophical soliloquy. ;-) It feels like my stuff is safe and I don’t have to worry about it. Plus there are loading carts and elevators conveniently to hand at the loading dock, and an access gate that addresses me by name. Cherry on top, and the main reason…CLIMATE CONTROL!!!! Billing is painless and there’s an app interface. They even provided a lock that I didn’t have to struggle with. So far, I am a very satisfied customer 😊.

Some of the best customer service I have had in recent memory. I cannot recommend them enough!

Love this location and staff! Shaida, Oliver, and Chris the DM are the best and take care of any needs i have and have been renting here due to their service 6 years now! Keep up the great work here guys!
