TORQ Electricians

I needed some electrical work done at my sisters home in highlands ranch area and Jon and his team were solid. Very communicative, helpful in providing solutions and options. We need some electrical troubleshooting and some Ring hard wired cameras and doorbells put up. The team showed up on time, was professional and cleaned up afterwards (that’s rare nowadays). Will definitely hire them again if need arises!

Chris came on time and gave me an accurate quote. He came the next day and discovered we had ordered the wrong extension pole so we scheduled the completion of the work for a few weeks out and both he and John came out and got 2 ceiling fans in which were 18 feet up and a third one in the office that wasn't wired for a fan. They even put the upper blinds down that I wasn't able to do from the floor. I made them homemade burritos for lunch.Thanks for going the extra mile and making sure everything was up and running as it should and thanks Chris for being patient with us and finding the correct extension to go with the fan and waiting for it to come and not charging more money for the extra trip here. Great job of figuring out how to make extension pole work because manufacturer didn't ship everything needed. These guys will definitely do their homework to get you everything you need for the job and get it done right in a timely manner. They take pride in their work and were very careful not to hit any walls with their 14 foot ladder that they had to bring in to get the fan installed. Chris did a great job of cleaning up the mess from having to put a metal box on the one side as it wasn't properly supported for the weight of the fan so had to put in a different box. Chris was fantastic! Very informative and helpful. I accidentally ordered a ring camera that was wired so we needed to call an electrician. Luckily I actually needed a wired one so it all worked out. My husband found them and they were able to come out right away. While assessing for the camera set up he also checked the safety of our electricity in the home and let me know some potential fixes we may need. He also made sure I knew the pricing for everything so I could make an informed decision about the work we needed. Overall I am very happy with the service and plan on using Chris and his team again.

Torq was a fantastic company to work with! We had the original electrical panel replaced, whole home re-device to repair, re-wire & replace outlets and switches and a couple other long-overdue misc electrical fixes in our older home. Chris and Jon arrived on time everyday and worked with us to minimize disruption while we worked from home. They were personable, honest, respectful, professional, comfortable to have in our home and were obviously dedicated to making sure their work was safe, correctly done and aesthetically pleasing. Pricing was upfront and comparable to other companies. The financing they offered for this big job was very easy to secure with a variety of options for paying down the loan. The day they finished up, they immediately scheduled the inspection for an agreed upon date. This is a smaller company who obviously takes pride in their work and their business. We highly recommend!!!

On the day of the quote meeting, Chris, was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and sociable. We were looking to add an outdoor light (over the bbq area) and 6 outlets to our porch that will soon be enclosed and become a sunroom. He offered 3 quote variants which was great and offered some services that I ended up wanting beyond the job itself.
On each day of the install, Chris and Daulton, showed up promptly at 8am, walked through the job again (on day 1), and got right to work. They were very respectful of the space, very polite, cleaned up as they went, answered questions that I had, and were willing (and able) to engage in small talk (not something that is very common with a lot of service folks these days).
They cared a lot about my satisfaction with the job and made sure that it was exactly what I wanted before they left. Overall, they did a FANTASTIC job, and I will not hesitate to call them again for any electrical needs in the future. I can't say enough good things about them and I"m confident you won't regret calling them for your job! Thank you guys!

We just completed a very detailed upgrade to our homes electric needs (new panels, new grounding, new cables for new and expanded outlets). Not to mention new recessed lighting. Throughout the process Chris (and sometimes his pitch hitter Jon) was quick to make recommendations and point out pros and cons for each idea we had. The experience was more than we could hv imagined. They brought our ideas into reality and made them so much better.
Not only was their expertise outstanding, they demonstrated great qualities as people. Extremely nice, courteous, friendly. We wish our contact would cross over to being friends of the family. They certainly are welcome in our home any time.

Very pleased with the work/service recently completed in our home by TORQ Electricians, and Chris E specifically. He installed an electrical line and box in a room that had no existing fixture and also installed a fan/light fixture. Additionally, he updated our main breaker panel with a surge protector and tightened all the breakers, as many were loose. This was crucial as a safety precaution until we're able to get the panel upgraded. Chris' work and his attention to detail was outstanding. I will definitely call TORQ for future electrical work.

I had several issues that needed to be fixed and they were all taken care of the same day and the work was excellent. Chris was very professional and informed me of what was being done and also pointed out some things to look out for in the future. I would highly recommend Torq electric.

Torq was amazing. Chris came out right away and completed two separate jobs to install outside motion lights and fix an electrical issue in our outdoor grill area. Chris was great at explaining all of his findings and recommendations and his work was outstanding. I highly recommend Torq for any electrical service you need!

I was very pleased with the professionalism and the work ethics of Torq Electricians. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Chris did a great job. He came in and professionally told us what he recommended and fixed our problem within a couple of hours. He also ran a quote for some other things that needed to be done but didn’t push a sale. The price was more than I expected but I personally would pay a little more for such an import aspect of my home.

We will be using TORQ whenever we need an electrician now and highly recommend it to whoever needs electrical work done.

Chris did an amazing job! We needed our dryer outlet replaced and he explained everything, gave us a price before the work got done and was very friendly and professional the whole time. Will definitely be calling them again for our electrician needs. I do want to mention the pricing is higher than I expected BUT I feel like paying a little more to assure the work is done correctly is more than worth it.

I would highly recommend TORQ. They were able to fit me into their schedule on a Friday afternoon; so that I wouldn't have to wait until Monday for service. Jon came out a quickly diagnosed the issue I was experiencing with overheating motion sensing light switches. He changed them out and also tuned up my electric panel while was he was here. These guys are great! The girl who I spoke to on the phone to set up my appointment was super professional and made scheduling very easy. The 2 gentleman that came to work on my electrical issue were fantastic. After a brief summary of my issue, they went right to work and explained everything to me throughout their stay. They were able to fix my issue and even helped me rehang a light while they were here. I appreciate the help and will for sure be using TORQ again in the future for my electrical needs. Thank you!

8/31/2023 - This is my second time using TORQ. Chris came to my home to work on a few issues and I am impressed with his work. Not only was he able to fix the 4 problems that I had but he showed me the problems with each before fixing them. I really appreciate his help in solving my electrical issues and will certainly use this service again in the future.

Chris was great. He figured out an electrical problem I’ve had in my house for 20 years and 2 or 3 other companies had been unable to fix! And fixed the lighting on my deck that had problems. He also replaced a bathroom fan that was repaired a couple years ago but finally bit the dust. 😆. I will be using TORQ for future electrical upgrades and repairs! 👍

Having sub pumps installed into our home. So we needed to get the correct electrical wiring and plugs.Their first job was amazing, Getting everything done ahead of schedule from what they had originally told My Husband and I, however, the company that was installing the sub pumps made a mistake on the measurements. and placement locations, So professionally,responsively,Jon and Chris of TORQ where right back to make the Correct installments that was needed and as clean and efficient as their first job, a 2nd time. These guys went above and beyond ,as well as the TORQ staff to accommodate and get our needs met. It will be a pleasure to work with them in the future when the need arises!

Jon and Chris upgraded our service panel, meter housing and all panel breakers, ran a new service (replaced existing shorted out service) to my detached garage, added whole house surge suppression and ground rods. Where others wanted me to dig and install the below ground work, they included it. Superb work! Professionals! When the city inspector checked all the work, he was very impressed and remarked on the quality of work done and the professionalism shown.

TORQ electricians was very professional and timely. got a few quotes and they explained what was happening the best. and offered a solution to fix the problem instead of trying to sell me a new whole home electrical panel. scheduling was a breeze.
