Budget Car Rental

It is nice to walk from where you get your luggage to the rental counters without having to go outside. Also where you pick up and drop off your vehicle is a very short distance in which you are outside which is awesome when it’s snowing outside. The help at the counter is as very excellent as well. I hope that I can use budget again in the future.

My Budget rental experience was incredible! My car was a Toyota Corolla, and I picked it up at GEG Spokane International Airport. Pick-up was super easy & professional. The car was exactly what I had reserved and in perfect condition! Upon return, I had barely gotten out of my car when someone was there to check me in and send me on my way.

I rented online and used the Fastbreak. When I arrived at the pick-up counter, all my paperwork was printed and the guy handed me the key and asked if I had any questions. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! On return, I drove to the designated space at the airport and the attendant was waiting there. I handed her the key and before I removed my luggage from the vehicle, I had a text saying I my check-in was completed. Super fast service on both ends of the transaction! Oh, we rented a Jeep Wrangler. It was 4WD hybrid. We didn't use the 4WD, but the Hybrid was awesome!

Rented a little Kia for two weeks in August. The car was almost brand new and very clean. Drove it to Seattle and back and enjoyed the drive. Easy check in and check out. Love that I can drop off the car out back and walk into the back to check in for my flight. So convenient. Highly recommend!

Customer service was above and beyond with Zack in Spokane and that was the difference for me! The car was clean and full of gas so we did not have to make an extra stop right away! Drop

Always have cheaper prices then others. Easy to use website and fast friendly service picking up or dropping off car. Never have been charged extra for anything. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Budget at Spokane International upgraded me to a Honda CRV. Great car. Well organized on the return, which was very early a.m.

Usually rent from Budget on our trips. Great customer service. Process is very easy from online ordering, picking up the car to dropping it off. Even upgraded our vehicle at the suggestion of the representative. Very happy we did.

Great helpful employees. Was never given the hard sell for their expensive insurance. I was in and out in 6 minutes. Car was really clean. The only thing I would recommend is for us knuckleheads a quick reference card on unlocking doors, open trunk, wipers and the such. Returning the car was weird because there was no staff at the return area. No signage until you got up to the front of the aisle. I feel better knowing that my car is checked in and not just left. Luckily a employee appeared and helped me. I just want to thank all the employees at the Spokane Airport Budget for being so kind and helpful. You are good at what you do

Check in/out was fast. Car was ready. We enjoyed the CX50. It was well prepared except the low windshield wiper fluid warning came on even before we left the airport. Otherwise, it was a perfect rental. Keep up the good work

Recently rented a car through Costco from Budget in Spokane. The person behind the counter was helpful, friendly and had a great sense of humor. We upgraded to a convertible that was fun to have during that week is such a beautiful area.

Budget gave me a 2021 Toyota RAV4 LE for this trip. I was amazed at what it could do. Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping much better than my 2019 Acura MDX. We missed our chance to add XM Radio at the counter then could never get it activated during our trip. We were out in the sticks of Western Montana and turning on XM would have really been nice. 30MPG was nice.

No issues with the pickup process or drop-off process. Very smooth. No issues with the vehicle as well. Good job from Budget

I was worried we would be stranded at the airport as Budget closes at 11:30pm and our flight arrived after midnight. However, they stayed open specifically for us as I had entered our flight details upon booking the vehicle and the agent was able to wait until we arrived. I was so pleasantly surprised and unbelievably grateful. Thank you Budget!!!

This isn't the first time we've had an excellent experience with Budget. The rate was very competitive; the car we were assigned had excellent gas mileage; and the trunk space was more than adequate. Pick-up and drop-off were a breeze.

The staff on the desk is friendly and did not try to sell us anything we do not need. And he is very efficient, even though he is physically handicapped.
And I commanded Budget giving him opportunity to work in the company.

My son and rented a Corolla at the Spokane airport last Sunday. My son is quite a large man and the counter clerk asked why we rented such a small car and put us into a 4 foot Ranger pickup. The Tanger was fairly new and clean inside and out. We opted to pump our gas rather than pay the $14+ if we returned the Ranger without filling the tank. When we returned the vehicle it was pouring rain. The attendant did everything she could to process the vehicle with little effort on our part and keep us as dry as possible. I later received a text on my phone with my receipt. A It was a very good experience.
