Mike Segeth State Farm is very professional. I have been happily insured here since the summer of 2019. Dacia, and the entire team have been nothing but helpful with all my car coverage needs/questions. 5/5 stars, highly recommend.

This past year I purchased renters insurance and car insurance for myself for the first time. Tracy has been nothing but helpful. She helped me get set up, and answered my many questions throughout the whole process. I've asked her many questions since, and she always responds very quickly and is extremely helpful. Highly recommend this office for great policies and great support.

I just wanted to let people know what and amazing office this is. Tracy has be an excellent agent and is alway very helpful. If Tracy is unavailable I can alway get ahold of Cindy. My car broke down on Saturday and called for road side assistance. It was very easy and the tow truck was at my location in less the 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more happy with this office. They are also super friendly and it feels like you’re talking to a friend.

I've been with this agency over 15 years--even though I moved out of the greater Denver area. Consistently great customer service. I have both condo and auto insurance with the agency. High marks for Cindy's helpfulness.

I have had Mike Segeth and State Farm for over 20 years. He and his staff always warmly welcomes me. Everyone explains everything I need to know and makes insurance easy and cost effective. And I have had many different kinds of policies thru the years from Life to Auto. I recommend him highly.

Had these guys since I started driving and they've never let me down. The few times I've needed a quick response, they've been able to get back to me within 15 minutes of me leaving a message. Can't beat that.

Every question I made to my representative ( not my agent, even though I tried texting him and emailing him through State Farm) went unanswered unless I was buying more insurance. My agent only spoke to me ONCE and that was when I cancelled my business with State Farm. We were customers for 24 years!!! No one even TRIED to keep us as customers! What? State Farm has completely gone down hill. If you want personalized service, this is not the office to work with. If you scroll, the only good ratings are from YEARS ago!
