Avis Car Rental

The upgrade was absolutely amazing from a compact vehicle to a Lincoln Navigator. Although it took this old timer about 20 minutes to figure out how to operate it it was well worth the lesson! Thank you Avis!

My car was available with a full tank of gas. I got great gas mileage. Easy check out and return. One thing that you should check on your rental car is the tire pressure. This is the 3rd time in a row where the tire pressure was way off on my rental car. This time the front tires were at 54 lbs psi and the rear tires were at 31 lbs psi.

Avis was ready with my rental late in the evening after my flight was changed 3 times. The representative that took the car back after we had to extend 4 days again because of flights was extremely helpful and made our car rental seamless.

I usually book with another car rental near my house but, their pricing was $45 more for the same vehicle and trip. I’m glad we have WSU & UI close by to give us more than one option. Located @ the airport terminal. The other place is in town

Every time I'm in Spokane on my business trips, I'm impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff. They do their best to be accommodating.

We're just getting to the end of a 13 day hire, so I can't comment on the hand back process yet. However, my wife and I wanted to give a special shout out to Dena at the rentals desk. We arrived at Spokane on Saturday evening, but unfortunately, our luggage didn't make it! We'd arranged for an Avis hire from Sunday morning, so had planned to come back from the nearby Holiday Inn the next morning, and had planned to use their shuttle bus that night and again in the morning. Well, no shuttle bus to be seen, and the hotel didn't answer their phone. Apart from the staff at the car rentals desk, the place was deserted, and there was not a taxi to be seen anywhere. So, we went to the Avis desk, and Dana tried contacting the hotel for us as well, and when they didn't answer, she offered to take us over in her own car. What a lovely gesture, and so appreciated. Dena, you're a star, thank you! Hopefully the handback in a couple of days will be smooth too.

I've always used budget rental car companies as I'm cheap. But I had a coupon for Avis and thought I'd give it a try. All-in-all, the best car rental experience ever. The rental vehicle was a super clean and nearly new Mazda CX-90 which was a remarkable vehicle and a pleasure to drive. Avis staff were very friendly and efficient, both at drop-off, pick-up, and when I needed to change my reservation due to contracting COVID. But where they really shone was how they reacted to a flat tire in a remote location (the tire was no fault of Avis). They literally drove a flat bed for 2 hours from the nearest location to pick up the disabled vehicle and to drop off a replacement. A tight logistical challenged as needed to the car to reach the airport 3 hours away the next morning. Extra special kudos to their roadside department for their patience, resource and speedy resolution to a logistically challenging situation. Well done, Avis.

Fast courteous service. Very clean new car. Friendly staff great price.

Pickup process was super efficient. Only took a couple of minutes since they allow you to prefill all info beforehand. Dropoff was easy as well, and no hidden fees!

Car was waiting for me at 10:30PM. Did not show me how the car worked. Just gave me the key. But it was a good car and returning it at 3:00AM was easy.

Easy quick pick up and drop off. Spokane Airport was so busy, long line but Zack was patient, pleasant and courteous to each one of us. Thank for such great service.

We were scheduled to rent a Kia-Soul. When we were talking to the gal behind the counter about the car. She asked where we were heading. When we told her we were driving to Florida. She stopped and said wait, let me check on something. That's when she said she changed the car with her boss's permission to a different car.
The reason was the scheduled car had way to many miles on it for her to send us all that way. She wanted a car with less miles in case anything happened.
That is an employee who has customers safety first.
We appreciated her so much.

My Avis car rental experience at the Spokane airport was made low stress high satisfaction by the friendliness and flexibility-eager to please attitude of the lady that checked me in and same lady accepted my return.

Very easy at pickup and return, although I did not expect a $250 deposit held on my card and I sure hope I get it back because I left the car in excellent condition with full tank

The rental setup in the airport was easy, especially after a day of traveling. The lot was mostly well-lit (I arrive after 11pm). My car was very clean, easy to handle, and return was quick and easy.

We needed a bigger vehicle because my mother-in-law decided to go with us after he had reserved our car and we needed more room for luggage. We were able to easily upgrade to an SUV that made our trip much more comfortable. The team at Avis in Spokane was easy to work with and very accommodating

I had the best car rental experience I've ever had from AVIS. The lady that helped me at the counter was very professional, courteous, and helpful. They happened to be out of the class of car that my company booked for me so I was upgraded to a Buick Enclave. What a wonderful and beautiful car! I loved driving that Buick for the seven days of my rental and truly enjoyed my experience with AVIS. I will choose them from now on.

I rented a Nissan Altima for 10 days in Spokane. It could not have worked out better! I was concerned as I had heard and relatives had experienced setting a rental up only to find there was no car available when they went to Hertz.While it was not super cheap, it was not exorbitant in price. The car was so comfortable! The seats were cushy and the car was very quiet on the road. Mileage averaged 33mpg. Check in was quick and simple. I could not be more pleased with the service.
