Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Was greeted with professionalism, and the service was quick and simple. Tim, at the counter, was very thorough and before I knew it I was out the door to my car. Upon my return, Eric, was very efficient and it did not take long at all for me to be walking towards the terminal on my way home. Very grateful for the service and definitely will rent from Enterprise.

I love that the desk is inside the airport. You get your luggage and cruise down to the desk, so easy. The car wasn't ready, but it was only 5 minutes until we picked up our full size car. I made photos/videos before leaving (everyone should do this). Drove right out of the parking lot with no issues. The car was great, fast and easy. :-) We had a nice week with it. We brought it back with a quick check in and receipt. Then, walked right into the airport and checked in for our flight. It's been a month and I've not received any additional charges or issues. Good experience for us!

Never ever had a bad experience with Enterprise. At Spokane - extraordinary from check in to check out. Robert at checkout was awesome. We discovered we were both former military - brothers in arms. We had a nice visit in the cold and said goodbye.

I haven't rented from anyone else in decades. There's a reason why.

Carrie provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive and responsive to our rental car needs. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and will use them again in the future based on my current experience.

We had an excellent experience --- the reservation counter and cars are conveniently near the baggage claim (same for the drop-off and flight check-in), great vehicle, and fair price. Our agent, Carrie, was friendly, efficient, and welcoming in getting us on our way. And the drop-off agent was equally so --- a gentleman whose name I didn't catch. Would happily use again and recommend to others.

I rented a car at the Spokane Airport through Enterprise without a hitch. The whole process was flawless and smooth. They gave me a Kia Soul which was spotless.

This is the best rental car company that I have used. The check in at the airport was super easy, the car was in excellent condition, the provided additional hand wipes because they care about your health, and because of the time of year we rented they included a snow and ice brush! The car return was even easier. The best part was that they actually charged me the price the quoted me.

Nathan was great. I had a reservation, when I showed up they were ready for me, sign a couple documents on their iPad and they gave me the keys for the vehicle I got and was on my way. Returning the vehicle was super easy. I just have kids to the lot attendant and they send me the confirmation to my email. I will be renting from
Them again.

We have vacationed in NW Montana since 2015. We rent a pickup from the Spokane airport almost every time. Their staff is always very helpful and super accommodating. This trip, we got to the rental counter an hour earlier than the reservation said and they adjusted that for us before we left.

Upon returning the pickup, I suggested to the attendant checking us in that the wind shield wipers needed to be changed. Within 48 hours, the Assistant Mgr. of this location reached out to me via email addressing this. Superb customer service!!

Rented a compact car for a three-day trip from Spokane to Yakima Valley and back. Filling out the paperwork online made the whole process more streamlined. The staff at the airport were super helpful and very quick to get me on the road. Special shout out to Ozzy for being a friendly, professional customer service rep. Car was clean and in great shape. The return process was fast and easy. 10/10 recommend.

We had an amazingly easy time getting the car and it was a smooth process with Erich who was so nice. We added a driver the next day and Ozzy helped us with that and that was fast and smooth. The only problem was that I my children wanted to pay for the rental and we couldn't use their card until the end so I had to have the funds in my account on my debit so that was the only disappointment. But I understand because of fraud etc. but that didn't take away from the amazing service that I received!!!

Rented from Enterprise at Spokane International Airport. The customer service representatives both at check in and check out were extremely friendly, welcoming, and made me feel valued. The counter and car were convenient in the airport, and the car was exceptionally clean and nice. The price was reasonable.

Even though there was an issue with our selected vehicle not being ready, Carrie was able to provide us an upgraded car at the same price. Upon return, we were also met with very good customer service. Thank you!

Needed a 4x4. Wanted something new and super big. They delivered. Good service. However they were impossible to reach by phone. Literally.

Enterprise car rental in Spokane airport was great! Easy pickup and drop off. Rate was reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Both the rental and return processes were excellent. Picked up my vehicle on the scheduled date and returned it at my destination location without any problems. The rental return location also gave me a lift to my destination hotel. The entire process was amazing and the employees at both ends were courteous, friendly, and very professional. Amazing experience.

Quick checkin at Spokane airport. Plenty of cars to choose from too. It was a great help to be able to drop the car off the next day in Coeur D Alene instead of having to return to airport. Return was very fast and received my final bill immediately via email. Great experience overall.
