This is a very modern, vibrant and user-friendly Library. Lots of amenities!
The staff are warm, kind, knowledgeable and welcoming.
Aside from the park surrounding it, Columbine Library is my favorite place in the Littleton/Ken Caryl-Southwest neighborhood.📚

Out of all the Jeffco libraries I think this one is my favorite. I've been frequently going to libraries because of grad school and this one is the cleanest I've seen. The individual computers you can reserve have little walls blocking the other ones so it isn't awkward. The study rooms are great because there is a window that has shades and they are in a secluded area by the vending machines and bathrooms. The kids area is unique and fun for the little ones. The view outside is beautiful. Definitely recommend

Love it. Love the entire Jeffco Library System. Lots of activities for all ages. I'm 66 and it's a huge improvement over what we had in Old Lakewood. It feels vital, not stodgy.

I’d go with 4.5 stars, but we can just round up. Great library with plenty of friendly and helpful staff, ample parking, plenty of smaller study rooms, a plethora of seating options and an incredible view of the nearby Johnson Reservoir and the mountains. My only suggestion would be to add a few more computers in the Teen area. I’ve spent some time there gaming with my son, and there are only 2 computers there.

Clean and well stocked, this library branch has classic and modern titles alike along with an ample movie selection and a great area for kids. The views next to the reading area in the adult fiction area looks out over Clement Lake and the mountain ranges. Their storytime is wonderful, and after stories the kids can make crafts. Good resources if you need to use a computer or printer. Definitely my home library!

It’s a really cool library and you can rent rooms to have all by yourself to study. It has a calming demeanor and a beautiful view of the Clement Park lake. You can also I heard rent up to 200 books at a time!

I love this library as is, but am excited about the huge renovation project! We'll be able to drive up and return books from our car, and drive away, instead of trying to find room around the circle and then get out and stand in line at the outdoor book drop. Kids will have their own enclosed room, so noisy activities won't bother folks concentrating on a book or newspaper any more. Study rooms will be much quieter, too. In the meantime, the library will be across the street where Once Upon a Child used to be. Interesting time, for sure!

This library is the best library I've ever been to. The JeffCo library network makes it possible to check out almost any book you can imagine. Their kids and teen section keeps all six of our kids interested in reading (amazing these days!). Also has a very helpful staff. Not surprisingly, there's always a bunch of people here!

The children's section is wonderful. Not only so many great books but storytime, crafts, play areas. It's a tired parents dream come true!

A great place to study while I wait for my son's school to be over. Quiet, calm environment. It overlooks the foothills park and the lake.

I'm a telecommuter who sets up my laptop here a day or two a week. They have six small study rooms for reservation, plenty of great places to work (with power outlets) in the open area, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a killer view and tons of natural light. There can be a lot of kids in the building, generating a dull roar and making it a less-than-perfect place to plow through the novel you just checked out. But if fills our community's need for resources that are free and open to all.
