Hertz Car Rental - Spokane International Airport

The staff was very accommodating and helped us choose a vehicle that was better than we had hoped for. Hertz will be our first choice for a rental based on our experience. Thank you Chad and your staff that was on that night.

They provided an excellent vehicle for our group to use. One of the cleanest and nicest rental cars that I’ve driven in a long time. Would use this location again and appreciated the excellent service from staff.

We had incredible service from choosing to make a reservation to picking up the cars to turning them in. On top of that we had wonderful vehicles to be spoiled in as we traveled to Montana. Highly recommend this company for your rental needs.

Easy and quick experience. Everything went smoothly with no issues. It's so much easier to rent a car than it use to be when I traveled for work frequently. No lines. Very little paperwork. Pleasant experience.
I rented a Tesla Model 3. Two things I had questions about that I wasn't clear on and didn't get answers to until after renting. 1) The charging cost while driving about 400 miles in 2 days showed up right away when the final bill was emailed to me shortly after turning in the car. I had thought it may take a couple of days. 2) Be aware that the vehicle is programmed to stop charging at 85%. It turned out not to be an issue for me since I had planned out charging locations between Atlanta and Dothan, AL. But, it may have been an issue in an area where the charging infrastructure is not as developed.

I travel a lot and rent vehicles all the time and I always have an issue with the rentals from the wrong car, price to known damage etc.. But never had I had a single problem with Hertz Spokane! 5 star service, by the nicest staff. I give the staff 10 STARS, always have the car I requested, best price of all company’s, and upgrade when I don’t ask for it! If it’s the Airline terminal or Private Jet side my car is waiting without any issue! Great job to the Staff and Management!

I booked my car online for a great low price. When I checked in, I was there for maybe 5 minutes to go over the paperwork. I took a walk around my car and did find a crack in the bumper. I reported it and the customer service rep I was working with recorded it on my contract papers. Then I drove away.

I requested a small car, but received a mid size at no extra cost. It was a very nice, very clean late model Hyundai. It had a rear camera for backing up and I was able to link my phone to the system for music and calls. The car drove very well and got great fuel milage.

When I returned the car, I parked in one of the Hertz stalls, walked in and gave them my keys. They said that was all they needed and to have a nice day. Super simple!

I will definitely check out Hertz for future rentals. This was a very positive experience.

The Spokane airport Hertz location is one of the best. World class customer service and the associates were so nice and very helpful. Flew in for work and when I got to the counter they had my reservation ready to go. Probably spent 2 mins at the counter (gold member) and off to get my rental. The quality of the car they gave me put a smile on my face. Car was clean, smelled good and drove really nice. One of the best rental experience I’ve had. The return was even faster. Just pulled up, grab my luggage and off to the terminal. Can’t say enough about this Hertz location. Will definitely rent from here again on my next business trip to Spokane!

Had this rental to cover a fleet vehicle that was in the shop for a couple of months. They made it easy, as my fleet company has everything in place to account for situations like this. The only issue I had was having to get an oil change done, at the airport facility, which took time from my day. I guess it's expected, since I drove 13000 miles in 2-1/2 months.

Hertz has always treated me like a premium customer everywhere I travel for business. It is no surprise that I get the royal treatment when I book reservations for my leisure trips through Spokane throughout the year. I get the car selection I want, clean, fueled and ready to go as soon as I arrive. The staff is attentive and courteous and always read my profile ahead of time to know what not to insist on adding to my coverage when I check out.

The Hertz Car Rental at Spokane Airport is so convenient. I met a wonderful young man (Mark Tellvik) who had excellent customer service skills. I had a long day of travel with delays and I was mid flight when I realized I booked the wrong dates for my car. When I got to the counter, Mark was like "No problem" and fixed the situation right away. Another reason Spokane Hertz is so awesome is the proximity of the pick up counter to the baggage claim area. I was in my car and on my way within minutes. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Just park the car, leave the keys and go. My receipt was emailed to me before I got through the Checkpoint. Thanks Hertz, you made my dreaded business trip that much better.

I rented a car for a leisure, week-long trip from the Spokane airport and this reminded me why I prefer renting Hertz. I was super excited to see I automatically had a Mazda CX-5 (which I drive normally) and it was in mint, clean condition. The process on both ends was very quick and efficient, something important to me because I want to minimize waiting time during travel days. Lastly, the staff was very friendly, on top of being efficient. I could not have asked for a better car rental experience.

Everything was orderly, efficient, and fast. All of the customer service representatives were very polite, friendly, and helpful. One even offered recommendations for snowboarding in the area, once he saw my luggage. The car itself was clean and new, with no problems at all. Upon return, the process was equally easy and quick. Overall, this was an excellent car-renting experience.

Not sure what all the bad reviews for this location are about but I personally had a great experience here. Rented a car for 12 days as they had the best deal for that time frame. Significantly cheaper than their other major rival enterprise, who is also at this airport. Renting it was easy and returning it was just as simple. Brand new 2018 Chevy Impala was a great vehicle as well. Customer service was on point and I had no issues. I can only speak from what I experienced and it was all good.

I only use Hertz at the Spokane AP. I fly a lot of standby so I often come in earlier than my rental or late and they have always accommodated me in a courteous and prompt manner. The cars are always in great condition and clean. Never any issues when turning in my car also. Great people and location!!

The service at the check in deck was efficient, the agent was knowledgeable and very pleasant. The car was clean and the unlimited mileage option was superior to the competition. The return process was a breeze and overall the Hertz Spokane team provided an outstanding end-to-end customer experience. Thank you!

As always, Hertz was outstanding. Had our car ready to go, no wait, no problems. All employees from the service desk to the check out was perfect. The SUV worked perfectly for our needs for this trip and we will always... simply rent from Hertz! Spokane was one of the easiest airports to navigate, and employees in the lot gave perfect instructions to get to the highway.

I rented a car for business for 3 days flying into Spokane from NC. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I found the car clean and comfortable! It rode great for the days I was there, and I was especially glad to see the staff remembered to leave an ice-scraper in the vehicle as I never think to ask for it until I need it and it's too late! Returning the car was quick and easy for my 6 am flight (staff even mentioned to get gas in town before I came back as there aren't many fueling facilities near the airport - I would never have known and appreciated the tip!). This was actually my first time renting with Hertz and I'll definitely be renting with them again :)

My car rental was amazing with Hertz at the Spokane airport. The agent who checked me in was very personable and friendly. I was given an upgrade and it was hands-down the best rental car I have ever rented - it was a Mercedes SUV with only 100 miles on it. If the need arises in the future, I will absolutely be renting from Hertz at the Spokane airport. Thank you for having great service and being very customer-friendly. My husband and I picked up a vehicle yesterday and Sarah had absolutely outstanding customer service! She had one of the best attitudes I have had the pleasure of encountering in a while and is clearly passionate about her job. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we needed for our trip. Job well done! Worthy of a promotion :)
