Letter Jackets And More Store

Really happy with our experience! The woman who helped us design our son's jacket was patient, pleasant, and offered good suggestions without trying to up-sell us. His jacket turned out beautifully - and the smile on his face is worth the price tag and the wait! Would definitely recommend this local shop to others......in fact I've already done so this morning!

These guys were great! The jackey we got for our son is very nice and worth the hefty price tag. We went into the store and the gentleman who helped us with the design was wonderful. He offered so many options but didn't try to upsell to my son even though we said he could go wild with anything he wanted. He also did a custom design on the back. The jacket was back two weeks earlier than promised which was great. We have another kiddo who will earn a letter next year and we will be back for sure.

I was so pleased to find this store. We live about an hour and a half away, but it is worth the drive. The custom shop in our town has a wait of about a half a year right now and the pricing was going to be more. My husband called in the morning, we drove over and ordered it, and hopefully it will be done by Christmas. Helpful and friendly staff too. We will definitely recommend them to everyone we know.

Ordered my jacket online and had it shipped. Also added plenty of custom things they domt normally do all through the online jacket builder. It came out perfect. And I even called and I asked about my jacket to know when itd be ready a few times and have never had people be so friendly on the phone! Literally could not have been a better experience in any way and the jacket is perfect!

I have not gotten my jacket yet, but the process of getting my jacket was a nice easy process! The lady at the front desk designing my jacket was very nice, and very patient with me as I chose the design of my jacket!
