Ali was EXTREMELY helpful from the start to finish of our home buying journey. She was super flexible and patient with us while we searched through tons of houses trying to find the right one for us and made sure all of our wants and concerns were heard and considered throughout the entire selection process. I really appreciated how she supported us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and i am so thankful that we had her in our corner.

Danielle was recommended to me as a realtor by my brother, who had worked with her on several home purchases. I was delighted by the recommendation with consideration that I had known Danielle for a very long time and always thought very highly of her. She didn’t disappoint, she was very communicative, found great options we weren’t seeing in our own research and worked hard on the houses we had put offers in, until we landed the right one. We ended up purchasing a new construction home, which had initially surprised me that the builder partnered with realtors. Cassie was a great realtor to work with. She helped us both sell our old home and buy our new home. She was quick to answer all of our questions (and there were many!) and was friendly and professional from start to finish. She is the best! I highly recommend her.

Cassie was the realtor we didn’t know we absolutely needed. We brought her a very non-traditional property to sell, while already having buyers interested who also wanted her to represent them. Not one time did Cassie show stress or concern with what was a complicated situation. It takes a very professional person to be able to represent both the buyer and the seller, but Cassie crushed it. Both sides felt completely supported. Cassie has a way of explaining things that makes you feel confident in the “whys” without making you feel like you are asking silly questions or being a bother. Her attention to details, and her high level of understanding of and ability to communicate the process of buying and selling every step along the way always impressed us. Cassie worked so much behind the scenes on details that we often wouldn’t realize until after she already figured out creative solutions. On our end it looked so smooth and seamless. Cassie catches the details and issues that may arise quickly and deals within them instantly. Very important fact, she was always reachable and responds to calls/texts almost immediately. And with joy! Her energy made this entire experience feel so easy, even though we know it was not. Professional, highly educated in her field, client-centered, reliable, FUN. What more could you ask for in a realtor? She gets how important and overwhelming this experience can be, and never misses a beat to get you to your finish line.

I’ve bought and sold six homes in my life, and Cassie was by far the best Realtor I’ve used. She communicated every important detail to me while getting the house ready to list, listing it and doing its showings. After I moved out to start my new life on the East coast, she frequently checked on the security of the house, facilitated junk removal for me (and did some junk removal herself too!), and provided access to the home for repairmen and professional house cleaners until it closed. She even set up most of these needed home services for me so I could focus on starting my new job. Beyond her enthusiasm for my Victorian home that led to a beautifully written listing description, Cassie gave solid advice when it came time to review offers to ensure I wasn’t taking any unnecessary risks. Selling a home can be an emotional event, and doing it while going through a divorce, moving across the country, starting a new job, and dealing with a pandemic is not something I would normally recommend, but having Cassie as my Realtor made the entire home-selling process so easy. I don’t know how it could have gone any better. I highly recommend Cassie and her team for any of your real estate needs.

They formed an incredible team that made our experience easy to understand and navigate through. Kylie is an amazing agent to work with. We were moving from out of state and needed an agent who was experienced, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. We received all of those traits while working with Kylie! With this fast moving market, we were not able to view the houses in person and relied on her to be our “eyes”. We ended up buying a house very quickly with Ali as our agent. She was the dual agent on this listing and helped connect us with financing as we were no longer per-approved for a home when we found our house. She was also able to put us in contact with a home inspector and was in constant communication with us regarding deadlines and our requirements through the whole process. Highly recommend working with her and we will use her for when we purchase our next home.

Ali is a Godsend! The circumstances surrounding my need to purchase a home were, in short, unique and highly time-sensitive.
