Very friendly and informative about my vehicle. Great communication, for the most part. Actually it was better than I expected, due to past experiences with other automotive shops. So thankful for them working with me and not trying to take advantage of my situation because I am a woman. Very grateful. Even though it took a little longer than I expected, it was worth it. I recommend this shop, especially if you have electric problems and have an older vehicle. And thankful for the warranty for 2 years. It brings me much comfort that I can feel safe, going to my medical appointments and other things. Thanks for being honest and having integrity.

This is the most supportive and accurate automotive shop and it is financially friendly. I had bought a car, and if it wasn’t for Bill’s, we would be in a dangerous vehicle. Their diagnostic is so detailed, with photos and videos included, that the dealership that sold me the car as is, ended up having to fix all of the issues! The woman owned shop is so lovely and my son and I will be back for an oil change soon. Highly recommend!

I've got an old but reliable Jeep that I've neglected since the pandemic, and it suddenly needed a new alternator which Bill's got installed in just 24 hours. Plus I really appreciate the complete inspection including pricing so I can prioritize the other repairs and maintenance that it needs.

I was with a place that fixed my cars for 30years. They sold the shop and I was not comfortable with the new owner. I would drive by Bill’s on my way home from work and I decided to give them a try. The first impression when I walked in was this is a family owned repair shop. I felt like I had be there for years. I have gone to Bill's 4 times since February.
The first time was to have them give a car I was going to drive full time the once over, and an oil change. When I called to make an appointment I was surprised that the service writer read back word for word everything I said.
The second visit was a new battery.
Third was to make sure my undercarriage was okay from driving over an island 🤪
Fourth was for a new starter.
I have had the best experience with them, and overhead conversations while waiting at how well they treat their other customers.

I received great service here. Inspection, diagnoses, repair and follow up to my specialty vehicle was explained deeply, performed promptly, and followed through with vigorous tests to ensure cooling system integrity.

Everyone was really helpful and went above and beyond for my Jeep situation. I have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

They repaired he door locks that were destroyed by a supposed trained locksmith to both doors of my car.
This is a classic car, and they did an awesome job of 1st finding NOS parts that were needed and repairing both door handles and locks back to factory original working order. Deanne was great at keeping me informed every step of the way as progress was being made getting parts and doing the repair.

As always, everyone at Bill's Crestmoor Automotive was great. The service they provide is top notch for not only your car but for you also. They go above and beyond to be professional, helpful, and patient. From the first time I went in for work on my 14-year-old car, they treated me like a friend, not someone they didn't know, and have been terrific every time I've visited or called with an issue. Can't say enough nice things about them or their quality of work.

We recently took our vehicle to Bill's Crestmoor Automotive. They were able to inspect it and diagnose our issues quickly. The team there had great communication with us and did a great job with our repairs. We found their prices to be reasonable and really liked their customer service! We will be using them in the future.

My experience with Bill and Chris has included some trying moments, including a mistake on their end. I almost wrote a review after that mistake and I’m so glad I didn’t. Instead I was open and honest with Chris, and she was also open and honest, throughout the entire process.

If you were to observe their clientele, you would notice that most of them are lifers, only taking their cars to Bill’s Crestmoor. And you can now consider me a lifer. When the owners take the time to explain things, and they’re open and honest, what more can you ask? They’ve kept my junker running, making it safer, but honestly advised that I move on from it.

These are truly good people, who actually care about their customers, over the bottom dollar. I highly recommend them.
