Great customer service..good people there they really take care of you when you go in and talk to them yhe work was great!! Quality auto sound did a Great job on my installation and got me in earlier than my appointment..thank you Chris and the crew at the Lakewood store thank you for your hard work..

Chris was awesome today. I brought my car in today, no appointment, to see if someone could diagnose an issue with my factory sound system. Chris knew the issue immediately and took care of it SAME DAY. Went in around 10:30, they pulled the car in the shop before I even left the store. Done at 2:30 with new speakers installed and sounding amazing. I was also super impressed with the price compared to other car audio places for installation. Will definitely go back if I need anything else auto sound. Great job guys.

I brought my SUV here to get a remote start installed after my boyfriend got the same one a month earlier. I loved how it worked on his truck and wanted to give it a try. I have zero regrets. This is the best thing I could have gotten! I love all the features the system came with. The staff were all friendly, fast and efficient.

These guys are fantastic! They were they able to install speakers and a touchscreen system the day I walked in, which was already somewhat busy. Santiago was very helpful helping me decide what would be appropriate for my truck. I highly recommend this location.

Make an appointment as they can be busy, but that's a good thing because.....they take care of their customers! I worked with Santiago to install a subwoofer for my hatchback that someone gave me as a gift. Easy to work with, quality install, and most importantly everything sounds AMAZING. Highly recommended.

I went by the Colfax & Carr location to try to see why my stereo wouldn’t work after having car repairs done. A friendly salesman named Chris held the front door open for me & asked how he could help. He immediately came out to my car, reset my stereo, set the time for me & programmed in my favorite radio stations! All at no charge! Now I can listen to my favorite Christmas CD’s. Thanks Chris, you made my day. This is what you call excellent customer service!

I visited the Lakewood store after having troubles with a previous installation from a different location. I received professional, fast, & quality service and all problems were quickly corrected. I will be going back for future upgrades and highly recommend this store for all services.

Top notch service! I had a Viper remote start system installed in my car when I lived in another state, and about a year after moving back to CO, the system stopped working. Found these guys as an authorized dealer and they were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed in no time.

I went into troubleshoot some issues with my subwoofer. I was taken in right away. The subwoofer was hooked up, ready to go and everyone was extremely helpful. Thanks for the help.

My radio stopped working. So I went in and picked one out. No line, it was great. I was even able to leave my vehicle at that time. Hey had all the parts in stock. I’m completely satisfied. Not my first visit to this location.

Call ahead for an appointment- they're super busy. I had a great experience here working with Mino. He diagnosed my car alarm issue and offered multiple options that were reasonably priced. The showroom is clean and vast and I had no issue getting a ride share app to arrive quickly and take me home from this location.

I had a great experience with Quality Auto Sound. Cris was verry helfull with my situation and worked with me to quickly get me in and fix my problem. I called other Quality Auto Sounds and would of had to make farther out apointment. Just happened to call Cris at this location and was inpressed with him working with me. I strongly recomend this Quality Auto Sound.

I had an issue with my car alarm disconnecting. They managed to fit me in, get it fixed in an afternoon, and were very nice about cost since I was a former customer.
