From the initial fact finding on considering to sell through to the final closing process, they were not only knowledgeable and informative but insightful and patience with us as it was our first experience with using a Realtor. As important, they provided considerable support to help us in our decision to sell without any pressure and understood our position and conditions of sell.
Once we made the decision to sell they move efficiently and quickly listed our home within 24 hours and we started seeing qualified offers within 48 hours. They then provided excellent guidance on screening and excepting an offer.
Benji and Team continued to keep us updated and provide guidance through out the entire process, from inspections to closing, including easing our concerns.

Bev is the best! She bent over backwards to get my house sold quickly and at a top price. If it wasn't for Bev my house would never have closed as the closing company, that the purchaser chose, was not doing their due diligence in completing paperwork. Fast and accurate.

We ended up withdrawing our offer on a house because we felt the real estate agent we were dealing with was inexperienced and extremely unhelpful. At one point it felt like we were ghosted by him because we were in the middle of a sale and we had not heard from him in a week. We also explained that we wanted a fast cash sale/closing and that were in between homes until we could buy another and we did not feel like we were being heard (we just sold a house and the real estate agents worked very hard for the buyer of our house because she was in between homes and everything was done in 2 weeks). So it's hard not to compare the experiences.

We ended up finding another property with a different real estate office and withdrawaing our offer a week before we could supposedly close. We are out the earnest money and money for the inspection we had done but we are glad to no longer be dealing with this office.

Wanted to gather information on a couple of different homes was never called back.

My agent never returned my call about the paperwork from the sale of my house.
