I normally don’t post reviews but I want to thank the employees for the good treatment and I’m not having issues I
used to have from another banks

All of the ladies and gentlemen at this location are very polite and helpful. I needed to get a few documents notarized and Matt was very thorough in doing so. Do not hesitate on coming here for your banking needs!

Matthew has once again assisted me with a question and solved what I was doing. He's an excellent employee with his caring, knowledge and helpfulness. Thank you again, Matthew!

Randy the branch manager here is hands down the best bank employee I have ever dealt with. He helped me set up a few business accounts and made it the easiest process I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Randy!!!

Want to thank Peter Bentley for assisting us with my brother's bank account. My brother was a victim of identity theft and we needed to setup alerts in case any fraudulent activity occurred. Peter was very patient and understanding when it came to answering our questions.

This location has the most friendly bankers and they’re truly customer service oriented!! Randy is the branch manager and takes the time to get to know all of his clients. We use Key bank and this location specifically for all of our business accounts!!

We bank with Key in another state but had to do some business locally a few times. We were treated very courteously and professionally. If we were to move to Centennial, I would look forward to working with this branch.

I was reading the reviews about this branch and it was disappointing to read about the staff being not so great, I have been to this branch multiple times and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this branch to anyone, overall a 5/5 branch!

Branch manager gives the customer wrong info and sends the customer away.
Branch manager told me that an IRA account should be funded immediately when an IRA acct is opened. She sent me away to bring the check. Actually, according to Key Bank IRA department a new IRA account should be funded within 30 days.

Unfortunately the service here was painfully slow. The teller was so slow that it made clerks at the DMV look like race car drivers. Not good if you need to handle banking related business on your lunch break. I'll have to research other options before I return to this location.

I came in to order a new debit card . I gave the lady my old debit card since it was scratched so I had to get a new card. Waited for 2 weeks come to find out the lady never ordered it after I called keybank customer service ! I Keybank customer service ordered it and told me it will arrive 3-5 business days.

How bad can a bank be? I didn’t think it could be that bad. I didn’t check hours before I set up account. Locations close at 5pm so no after work banking. Then I went at lunch and was in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no one in line because of their “required process” of holding funds on new accounts makes you feel like pond scum. They have to explain it to you then they have to make a big deal about going through the process of holding the money because it requires a managers signature.

If it’s required, it shouldn’t need to be such a process. Treat your new customers like criminals doesn’t make them want to stay.

Never open a debit card in this bank, I would recommend bank of america instead of key bank. At Bank of America, you mean something to an employee.
