Primary Dental

Sounds crazy but I enjoy my dental appointments! Staff is super friendly especially Sophie and Rita in the front. My hygienist Mackenzie is thorough and always walks through what she is doing and recommendations. I’ve seen Dr Chad most times and he is amazing and takes time to talk “teeth” saw Dr Abby today for the first time and was very impressed. Great experience each time and would highly recommend, it’s worth the 30 minute drive every 6 months.

I love this office! Everyone from the front office to assistants and doctors are amazing. Dr. Chad is educated, kind, genuine and caring. We recently started seeing Dr Abby and she is also wonderful, personalable and caring. Sophie and Rita are the best front office staff I have ever dealt with! They are kind, helpful, fun and informative. The whole staff genuinely cares about each patient!

I had my first appt with Primary dental yesterday and it was probably the best dentist visit I'd ever had. They called me before hand to let me know my insurance had gone through which I really appreciated. I was called back right on time for my appointment and everyone I spoke to in the office was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me. It felt safe and very productive in the office. 10/10 recommend especially for people who may have hated the dentist before :)

Been coming here since I was 13, and I’ve never had a complaint about them. I’m 21 now and I’m still coming here because of how good they treat you and always making sure you feel comfortable. Sofia is the front receptionist and she is the best ! She’s always making sure she has answers for your questions. Sofia will make sure you have left with everything you need and 2-3 appointments scheduled ahead of time.

My boys and I have been coming here for years! I absolutely love the staff from the front desk to the assistants and dentists. The are the kindest most caring group of professionals. They are gentle, good at what they do and they always listen. I'm so lucky they are in my neighborhood but they are worth the drive if not.

Been coming here since I was a little girl, I have always been taken care of greatly, Sofia and Rita make me feel very welcomed, . Now that I am grown I still continue to come for my appointments, and bring my own children. Very professional, great communication, warm welcoming, family oriented. Dr. Chad is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is the only dentist I will go to regardless of how far I live. My teeth and gums are healthier than ever and I am obsessed with my smile thanks to them!

I have a lot of dental work I need done, and the last dentist I went to really overwhelmed me. I went into Primary Dental today and Dr. Williamson was very helpful in working out a comprehensive plan to figuring out the work that needs to be done. He also takes an approach that seems to mitigate risks and do as little drilling and removal of the actual teeth themselves as possible - which I greatly appreciate. I’m looking forward to getting this work done, and expect to have another good review at that time! My partner recommended me here and has always had positive feedback about his experiences with Dr. Williamson and the staff as well.

The front desk was also helpful and accommodating, as were other staff. Doctors can be intimidating and this was not that kind of situation at all - everybody was very welcoming.

I’ve taken my kids to Primary Dental almost all of their lives. I appreciate everyone from Rita and Sophie, and how they’re welcoming like family, the hygienist and the way they communicate and work together, to the dentist’s and the care they provide. They are very accommodating when scheduling all five at once, thorough in the services, and communicate clearly what my children’s teeth need. They truly show care and consideration along with professionalism and I know that they can be trusted.

Sophie was absolutely amazing figuring out some issues with our insurance. She really did an awesome job getting everything situated for us and getting us in as close to our appointment time as possible. As new patients, we would definitely recommend giving this place a try. Thank you Sophie for your amazing costumer service and your dedication to satisfy your patients.

I have been a loyal patient at Primary Dental for more than a decade. The entire team is truly outstanding; I cannot praise them enough. Great service & staff!! They take good care of their patients. Sophie is the best, she is super nice and friendly and will always go above and beyond for my family and I. We have been at Primary for years and couldn’t ask for better service.

Dr. Abby, all of the assistants and Sophie at the front desk are amazing. They have worked with me over the past year to get several crowns and spaced it out so insurance covered most and on a payment plan. I appreciate all they do to take care of their patients. I am a client for life!

I love this place. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and now my kids come here. All the staff especially Sofie are awesome. They are very thorough and make sure that my teeth are always healthy.

I have been a patient at Primary Dental for several years now. This is the best dental office I've personally experienced! Dr. Chad and Becca have really helped my jaw pain and alignment issues with the recommended Invisalign procedure. This is the dental office you've been looking for, I'd highly recommend them!
