I received an update of my rates in February for auto insurance and they increased significantly, regardless of the fact that I had made no claims. I obtained new insurance and made two calls to the agency to cancel my policy. Upon my two cancellation requests via voicemail, I received no return call. The agency’s voicemail indicates that they will return a call by the end of the business day, yet I received no return call after two weeks of reaching out. I had to call Safeco directly, who is still trying to charge me for insurance that I canceled well over a month ago. I have never had an insurance agent who does not respond to voicemails and requests for call backs like Brent Snook. It appears as though you are only valuable if you are making him money.
