Pound 4 Pound Muay Thai

The best part of my day was the hour or two I was at P4P. The people at P4P have created a gym environment and facility that I'm lucky to have experienced. No matter your age, experience, or fitness level this is a great gym to be a part of.

I’ve been training in and around the Denver area for years now and P4P is absolutely the best of everything you could ask for. It has great training from beginner to pro levels, support to compete and progress a career in combat sports (if that’s your thing), plus it’s a truly fantastic community of people.

Absolutely the best staff! They made me feel right at home. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable! They offer a wide range of classes to fit the busiest of schedules. Great facility all around wonderful experience!!!

This gym is awesome! All the coaches are very high level and its super beneficial that you can train both a traditional Muay Thai style with clement and more new school mma striking with JHO throughout the week. Another unique feature of this gym is that it has the highest quality equipment I’ve ever seen in a gym, anything you could want in a kickboxing gym, from every type of pads, bags, leg shields etc. they have the highest quality.

This school has an exceptional overall atmosphere and community. I genuinely enjoy the camaraderie here. The coaching is top-notch, and the training partners are incredibly supportive, contributing significantly to your progress. At P4P, you have the opportunity to hone a well-rounded skillset. It's a fantastic school for anyone looking to enhance their abilities

This gym is absolutely amazing! Regardless of your level of experience, the shape that you are in, or what your goals are, you can learn elite level techniques while getting an amazing workout here. Coaches are very knowledgeable, accomplished in their disciplines, and great instructors. The gym has all the equipment you need and the atmosphere is super friendly!

This is a real fight club ! Me and my boyfriend go every Saturday class! I’m a newbie but everyone teaches me how to do it there! Very friendly community and I love it.

I stopped here to train with a few teammates while we were in Denver and it was an amazing experience! Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and patient - not to mention the training itself was excellent. Without a doubt it was one of the best training experiences I've had while traveling. We'll definitely be back to train here whenever we're in town!

My partner and I had a very positive first time experience and will be going back. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The environment was clean. Classes were a perfect size, the instructor was able to go around and help people individually. Also they are very respectful to women and have some excellent female staff too, Ashley was very helpful.

I am very ADHD and embarrassingly have difficulty following instructions with my fruitfly memory, but our instructor was able to break things down and had patience for me. It helped me a lot.

Finally This is a good place for beginners but also excellent for advanced practitioners. Our friend who does tournaments trains here professionally.

I came into town to get ready for the World Games Qualifier, the folks at Pound4Pound were incredibly supportive and helpful in getting us settled in and into the routine of training. Justin and Ashleigh were responsive, friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home at their gym. The facility itself was very clean and well maintained, they had a ton of equipment as well. The culture of the gym was very positive and welcoming, everyone was willing to provide additional help - I've been to a lot of gyms and the members and coaches here went out of their way to make me feel at home. The instruction and coaching was incredible as well, the coaches offer two different approaches to Muay Thai which makes for super well rounded athletes, this is very hard to find!

TL;DR - highly recommend!

Top notch gym! One one of the friendliest training communities I’ve found myself to be involved in, and the curriculum is absolutely world class! The coaches are extremely welcoming and well versed, creating a perfect environment accustomed for elite athletes as well as day 1 newcomers looking to get in shape.

Pound 4 Pound is the best gym I have ever been to. The community of people is amazing. I have met some of my best friends there, have met several world class athletes, and have learned more than I thought possible. Justin is dedicated to improving every person who walks into his gym, no matter their skill level. I love that I can train like an athlete and have the chance to learn from the best coaches and athletes in the fight game. All of the coaches at Pound 4 Pound have the goal to make you better and help you to feel like part of the P4P community. Every time I go there, I don’t want to leave and look forward to coming back. I even drive an hour from my house to continue to train there. Pound 4 Pound is truly my favorite place; I would highly recommend trying it out. I guarantee you will learn something new and leave excited to go back.

This must be Colorado’s best kept secret in the realm of Martial arts. Fitness yes, but P4P best technical training you can get out of a Fitness Center. I work with Clement, whom is an amazing coach and very patient. He has a great line of communication and his skill is superb . I have seen videos of other trainers and I’m person but I do not need to see how good they are to know good they are. You can see it in all the other members there. Great technique, Stance, footwork, etc. Despite size, age, level. All is welcome and all that joins upgrades their skills together while getting a great workout . Amazing staff, amazing peers, love the environment and I believe this stop will be your last on your gym tours. Also great Covid policies in place. Check it out!

If you want to learn from the pros this is the gym they offer everything from Muay Thai to MMA to Brazilian jujitsu all from professional coaches who are experts in the sport! The coaches fight all over the country in major organizations like glory, which the owner Justin Houghton fought in and Bellator mma! This gym also offers beginner options and kids classes! There's something for everyone.
Plus this community is the best!

You learn proper technique as well as get a great sweat in. Every coach and trainer cares about each individuals progression and are very knowledgeable. The people that work with you are all very helpful, respectful, and patient. Incredible place to train that will exceed your expectations. Amazing coaches and great environment. This is where it’s at! Give it a try for sure.

I passed this gym when I moved to Denver initially because I thought it was strictly Muay Thai, but they have everything; MMA, boxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, kickboxing, etc. The programs and coaches are fantastic. Heavily recommend

Ashleigh and Justin are the best. From kids to 60+ year old regular people, everyone feels welcome here. I’m new to Muay Thai but have been to a lot of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gyms in the area and none were as enjoyable to be a part of.
