Concentra Urgent Care

I went today to close my case for a workers compensation.
I am so happy that I had nurse Angel and Dr. Vargas.
They have been very nice and polite all the time, compared to many nurses and doctors I had in the past. 🥰🥰

PT department excellent people skills, people very professionals.
Completely different next door, for the medical appointment, big difference, must of the staff, looks angry, bad mood, not happy at all, you have to think 2 times before ask any questions,
At the Dr. Office, after Dr. finish talking care me,I had to wait 33, minutes no body said anything, I walked outside and asked, what is next,omg one od nurse was so mad, and responded so rude.I think they need some training, and stimulation in order to enjoy work.

Doctor was so nice. offers convenient walk-in urgent care and occupational health for patients and Super speedy and fast process.
All the ladies working the front and therapy were wonderful.

Estimated time for length of visit was 90 minutes; I was out in one hour. Very friendly and courteous.

The Physical Therapy office is the best in the area, Tara is very professional and personable with every visit, would highly recommend.

New to the Denver area, so going to get work done or blood drawn is nervous already. Everyone from the front desk (greeting) to being called back for bloodwork was awesome and in character, truly amazed ALL SMILES!!

I have had great experience with all the staff but one doctor. He was very rude and didn't care to hear me. But everyone else including front desk were very nice and helpful. I won't let one doctor ruin it for others.

I did not have to wait, they were prompt getting me into a room and getting my x-rays done and then I didn't have to wait more than a minute or two to see the physician.

Always professional and kind, I never have a wait long and the staff is available to answer any questions I may have. The medical team knows how busy people are and they work with you as efficiently as possible without rushing you through. They are a great team.

It was a very pleasant experience and the staff helped out with quick response to what I was there for.

The entire staff is very professional and friendly. The process for my physical was excellent.

Jess took me, her roommate, in for stitches, and Cynthia Rubio and Caryn were amazing. Cynthia made me feel so safe and we had a great laugh. Caryn was so welcoming. It was a great time and they are wonderful people

When I went in for Urgent Care they told me it was going to be two and a half hours. I honestly waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. The wait in the actual room was not long either. After they had a very busy day, everyone was still very friendly. Their facility was very clean and simple.

This wasn't my first time at this clinic. I previously went there with my husband to get a physical. They were much slower with business and short staffed at the time and still kept up with the needs of others. Very kind and helpful

I was seen more expediently than I thought possible The staff were congenial as well as professional They compassionately took care of my medical needs

Staff are great here! Observed they’re definitely working short-handed (reality of many medical practices these days) and despite this, every person working with me—Caryn the receptionist, the young male medical assistant, Doctor, and therapist all apologized for the wait, smiled, had positive attitudes, and were very thorough.

Came after spraining my ankle and the entire staff was so helpful even though they were about to close.

From the front desk staff to nurse (Dawn I believe) to Dr.Nelson who checked me out I am very impressed by Concentra in Centennial.

After my initial follow up I started physical therapy with that department and Amy, Kate & other PT staff has been amazing. With many people using Concentra it is busy; however everyone has been polite, helpful and genuinely wants to improve my movement and ability to heal.

There is plenty of parking out front as Concentra is shared with other businesses in their area.

Very professional and personable staffing. Highly recommended.

Needed stitches for a cut over my eye. Check in was friendly and competent. Informed me of long wait and were accurate with times. The doctor was great!

I hadn't done any research but needed to find an urgent care facility nearby and Google maps pointed me here. I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was given a few documents to fill out and with about five other people in front of me, I was seen and out of there in about an hour. The staff were friendly and compassionate and the doctors were very attentive to me and why I was there, I didn't feel rushed to diagnose my issue. The facility was very clean, from the waiting area to the exam rooms to the bathrooms, everything appeared well maintained. Pleasantly, when the bill arrived, even before insurance rates were calculated, the pricing on their services were far more affordable than any doctor's office or blended urgent/emergency care facility I've been too.
