My service tech was sent out immediately and showed up prepared. Was knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't do much as it looks like my printer was in better shape than originally thought. Would trust my printer repair,maintenance and cleaning with UBEO in the future. Always appreciate the support and positive energy from Alison, Genevieve and the entire staff. Our technician came right out when we submitted an issue. It was a big & time consuming fix and he had a great attitude the whole time. The part needed for the fix wasn't available that day, but he put in an order and came out the next day and fixed it. Very friendly and professional. Would totally recommend their service. Jerome Harris is the best: He listens to the questions, knows the printer, and tells me what is needed – in this case, printhead. He serviced my Designjet Z3200 on site about a year ago, and it is his kind of service that means I can still productively use it despite it no longer being supported online. That means the world.

Bryan Cox, our Business Technology Consultant, was extremely helpful when I showed him the issues with our printer. An on-site technician came out with a couple of hours to change out the printer drum and resolve the issue. Bryan is now check to see if there's anything the UBEO team can do to assist with our plotter issues. Everyone has been incredibly professional, super helpful, and very responsive.

Excellent Customer Service that so many other companies could learn from! By far the best company that I have personally worked with in my 30+ years of office work. Our company has had all positive interactions with United Reprographic. We have purchased a copier and a plotter and engaged in their services to maintain and provide supplies for the 2 machines. They are very proactive - we received many calls from them to make sure that what they have sold to us is working well. When there has been an issue, it has typically been user error. All techs have been great to work with! We have also utilized their printing and delivery services and they always produce a great product too!

If i ever need anything all i have to do is call which is rare, he is normally calling me first before i have had a chance to give him a call about an issue.
