The entire BluSky Team has been exceptional. BluSky completed renovations at my business office back in 2018. I called on BluSky out of desperation when our personal home flooded this year. To my surprise BluSky remembered me from our office. It's quite different dealing with a catastrophic event when it's your personal home. To take on a residential property vice commercial property speaks volumes for BluSky. The BluSky team were beyond stellar. They were professional, prompt/timely, detail oriented, compassionate with all matters. Our assigned project manager went above and beyond expectations and service. Thank you to the entire BluSky team for managing our project, from dealing with the insurance company, supply chain, subcontractors the project was nearly flawless. While there is no such thing as a "Perfect" project, this was very close to perfection. We couldn't be happier.

They were amazing to work with, on-time, professional, and very thorough. Completed work on time and came back for a walk-through. Small splatter of paint on a door, came back, removed paint and completely painted the door. Couldn’t be happier with their work. I went out of town and left a lock box!

I unfortunately needed urgent help with a flood that happened in my home. I found BluSky restoration online and gave them a call. I believe the lady’s name was Tiffany, she was amazing and was able to assist me in getting a team out right away. They were there when I was told they would be and did an amazing job. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs great assistance!

Our sump pump went out in the basement and we had a few inches of water down there. Austin Collins came by our house early on a Saturday morning to offer us advice on how to best mitigate the water damage and prevent mold in the future. There was no charge for this service and it his advice was really a life saver. Thanks Austin!

I am an interior designer and was asked to step in and take charge of a large home that was spared during the horrific 200,000 plus acre East Troublesome Fire that swept through Colorado. The home suffered interior and exterior damage and the insurance company suggested a team of people to access all the issues. Blue Sky was recommended for the interior smoke damage. Shawn Cox was the person in charge for Blue Sky and I don't think I can complement Shawn or his entire team enough for the top notch professionalism and responsiveness to what at the time seemed overwhelming. I was warned that this entire process could ALL be a nightmare. But, that never happened! Everyone involved were the most competent professionals and knew exactly how to proceed in solving each and every single problem. Blue Sky surely has to be one of the finest companies in the world for dealing with these types of disasters. I also need to add that I felt that Shawn Cox and his entire team "truly cared" and wanted to provide the best service they could and to make the house whole and liveable and beautiful once again. Robert and Matthew on property were fantastic! Shawn was also great. They got us up and running 3 weeks to the day after the Marshall fire. Always were in contact, and making sure we were up to date and all questions were addressed in a timely manner. We are the first property open in our area. Thank you so much from our team. We are extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness we receive from BluSky. Scott O'Brien and his entire team are truly professional and really understand their profession well. We have used their services on several water restoration/clean up projects throughout Colorado and they are quickly becoming our "go to" restoration vendor throughout the entire southwest. SAVED US THOUSANDS IN REPAIRS!! We had a pipe burst a couple of weeks ago and found ourselves with a lot of water in our basement. We already had a clean up crew at the house but I wanted a second opinion/bid for the water clean up/dry out. I called Shawn over at BluSky to see if he could come out and take a look. Not only did he make it out to our house within an hour, he told us we could do the work ourselves! No trying to out bid the other company or bad mouth them, just honest feedback to my husband and I. Really appreciate the time he took to walk through the damage and help us better understand the issue. The other company wanted to change us over $2000. Without a doubt, we will call BluSky the next time we have an issue!

Very professional. From the start of the project through its completion they communicated every step of the way. They worked directly with our insurance adjuster and made the whole process very easy. Kept us updated on progress and any changes to the scope as soon as they came up. They worked to keep costs as low as possible and did not add on any additional unnecessary work. Great work quality and very clean. Would highly recommend and use again.

I have a condominium in which the HOA is contracted with blue sky restoration. I did have water damage which caused the tenants to have to leave the premises while the work was being done. I explained the immediacy of the work they were doing and requested Constant Contact so that I could update the tenants on what their status Maybe. Blue Sky made sure to honor this request as well as completed the project within the time frame given. The work was done very professionally and the representative I worked with was also extremely professional. I will use them again for other service if needed on my other properties.

Rooters cut rate restoration team left my basement a half completed mess, BluSky came in and made things right. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they did so in complete accordance to my schedule by working in the evenings when I could be home to coral my cats to make sure they didn’t escape or hinder the work.

But more importantly than just showing up and doing a good job, they really shined when an issue arose. Due to a miscommunication that was probably my fault, their team left the job without replacing trim around some doors in my basement. I emailed them late on a Friday night, not expecting a response till Monday morning, only to find that within 15 minutes they responded to my email saying someone would be out the next day (Saturday) to fix the issue.

I’m not often compelled to leave reviews for companies but BluSky has impressed me enough to do just that. A huge thank you to Ryan and Sergio for your help in making this unpleasant process as painless as possible!

Steve Warren, Christian Brown, Todd Hulme, these gentlemen right are my Dream Team for all of my repair needs. I have a medium sized portfolio of HOA communities, and all i have to do is call, and they are there, always on time, always professional, always courteous and respectful to my owners. Weekly communications all the way through completion. Highest quality work, prices maybe higher, but then you get what you pay for, for me that is peace of mind, I know that my job is getting done correctly, i don't have to babysit them, I can carry on with my duties and responsibilities. I worked with Ryan Cervantes and his team to fix a water line break in two of my bathrooms, as well as redoing tile in both showers, and replacing basically everything in each shower. Not only were they professional, they kept me informed throughout the entire project and did an excellent job!! Both bathrooms look fantastic and couldn’t be more pleased. Would definitely recommend working with Ryan and Blusky with home projects in the future. Great job and much appreciated!!!

I would recommend BluSky to anyone doing restoration. Project Manager Cherisa Albe was amazing in getting the job done. Cherisa would call and return calls in a timely manner. She was present while the job was being done to supervise as needed. BluSky did a great job restoring my condo after having water damage.

I called Blusky after my basement flooded after my sprinkler system manifold busted. It happened late evening on July 3rd. I called them first thing July 4th and they were at my house within the hr and on a holiday too. They immediately went to work with abating the water and making sure mold didn’t take over. They showed up every day or every other for 10 days to make sure all signs of water or mold were gone. They also worked with my insurance company to lessen the stress! Robert and Jordon were great to work with throughout the project. I’m grateful for all they’ve done! I would definitely recommend Bluesky to my friends and family!
