Subway

I don't know the name of the sandwich artist working lunch shift today (Nov 30) but he is phenomenal and has redeemed Subway at least for me. After being a long time fan, I had not been to Subway in a couple of years because I had been so disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches. I had a few bad experiences in a row. The new menu helps I'm sure but also employees need to know how to build a great sandwich. I ordered the footlong Titan turkey and the quality was a throwback to the days when Subway bread was sliced completely in half - if you know, you know 😀. It was great. Shout out. Give that guy a bonus out something.

This place was one of the nicest Subways I have been to. It was really clean. And the employees were really nice. The employee that waited on me, (Dawn), had excellent customer service skills. She greeted me as soon as I entered the door. And waited on me with kindness and respect. I was out within 10 minutes. Great experience at Subway finally.

I had to update my review. 2 years ago I gave this location 2 stars, but this location is under new management and it shows. The service was fast friendly and exactly what I wanted. I have done mobile orders and ordered in store and it is stellar. Thanks for making the changes. Keep up the great service!

Need more staff! Scheduling only one person is hurting your reputation. Subway is supposed to be fast, easy fresh. The manager of this store has some work to do!

I ordered through the Subway App on my way home. Said it would be ready by 6:15pm, I knew I had plenty of time before the train hit my stop. I rolled up to his location at about 6:30pm waited for the sole worker to finish the sandwiches in front of me and then told him I was there for a pick up order. He was considerate and began making my order. He made a yummy sandwich! I now have 3 people waiting behind me. It is now 6:40pm as I am leaving the store with my App pre-order.

After a long break from going to this Subway location because of extremely poor service and bad experiences, we gave it a try again last week because we were told it was under new management. What an improvement!! The employees were friendly, helpful, efficient and nice. They made good sandwiches with decent amounts of meat and the restaurant was clean. It's nice to have this location back as an option because it's closest to our house.

Gene is wonderful! He has made our sandwiches the last two times we've been in and each time he's left us with a smile. He has a great, friendly and hardworking attitude. I can honestly say he's the reason we'll be coming back. He truly is an asset for the store! Thanks Gene!

I went in to pickup an online order and the sweet lady working there (I regret not getting her name) greeted me with the biggest smile on her face, quite frankly if made my day a little better. On top of that, this is absolutely one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve ever had.

Gene and the lady Stardust were very friendly, great customer service.

Came here during lunch and it was pretty busy. 3 girls running the place and they were knocking the line out. All 3 of them had really awesome attitudes and made the folks in the line laugh. Not everyday you can go to a fast food joint and get excellent service

Neat and clean appearance. Courteous staff helped with order as requested. I loved the Sriracha extra spicy sauce with chicken Teriyaki. Fast service.

Cleanest subway I’ve ever been to. This location is under new ownership and wow, what a difference. Super friendly staff and always fresh tasting. No soggy veggies here. I’ll be a regular!

Very well run establishment under this new management, I come here very often and it’s always quick and easy. My only complaint is why tf is there no double chocolate cookies I know that’s the entire subway corporations problem but like bring back the double c

The guy behind the counter, josh, really impressed me with how he handled so many customers so fast. Give this guy a raise because I might go hire him for us. Very impressive and got everyone's order correct and out fast.

The new owners seem to really care. Always Fresh food, and Fast speed with a Smile. 100x better than the old owners kept the place.

Restaurant was very clean, professionally run, and the staff was friendly. I’ll return.

Had the best salad ever twice now! The young man working both times seems to really enjoy his job and makes an amazing salad!

I’m not a huge subway fan but in a pinch it’s a good option. This subway is wonderful! Quick, friendly, clean, organized!
