Rusty Moose

We’ve had the pleasure of coming twice, on different days of the week for the lounge happy hour. Highly suggest arriving right when it starts at 4:00, because boy does it get busy. The room is decently sized with a variety of seating options, it just appears to be a popular hangout spot and fills up fast. Despite this, the staff was pleasant and serving up cocktails fast. The food arrived in a timely manner, fresh and presentable. Highlights from the happy hour include: 8 above average size chicken wings, big juicy shrimp, hot and creamy salmon dip, perfectly seasoned and cooked steak bites, flavorful cheese and mustard for the pretzel bites.

Items that didn't necessarily wow us: the chicken sandwich from the full menu was bland, but the onion rings were good and they served it in half so we could share it, also really cool the logo was stamped into the bun. The cheesecake was disappointingly small for $9, although the real huckleberry chunky sauce was good.

Overall very impressed with the happy hour deals and atmosphere, the rustic decor is inviting and feels like a luxury cabin. The server noticed we were excited about the experience, and gave us a complimentary $10 gift certificate for next time.

I loved this place. The decor was perfect for the intended purpose. I sat in the lounge area which was cozy and inviting. My server Ana was exceptional! She was warm, friendly, and accommodating; certainly added to the overall experience. Here, I tried for the first time an elk burger with huckleberry barbecue sauce. It was awesome! The sweet potato and steak fries were great, and the dessert was incredible. I would definitely go there again if I am ever in the area. Do yourself a flavor and pass through!🤗😋💜

Visiting from out of town, and stopped in to the Rusty moose for dinner. We sat at the bar were promptly greeted by friendly bartenders, who took our order. The food was exceptionally good, and the ambience of the restaurant was fantastic. While the service was good. The food did take a long time to come out. Would have been nice to have the bartender swing by every now and then just to let us know that they had not forgotten about us as It had taken so long. They could’ve been short staffed in the kitchen, but the food was worth the wait. Would not hesitate to go there again for dinner based on our experience this time. If you’re in the area, give the Rusty Moose shot.

Been coming here for about 4 years now. The quality of the food has stayed consistent, the staff is always friendly, and service is typically fast unless you have an unusually large table. Absolutely love it here, one of my favorite restaurants around the Spokane area

We stopped here at the end of our first day on our road trip through the western states. We were worried that walking in 30 minutes before closing would leave a bad taste in the workers’ mouths. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The minute we walked through the doors we were seated right away. Our server had no trouble explaining the dishes to us. The steak here is amazing and would highly recommend. However, the star of the show was the dessert. We ordered the Apple Marionberry crisp ( I believe it was called). Made upon ordering, topped with ice cream and whipped cream. Thank you for feeding two weary travelers!

Superb food and service. We loved everything we got and of course tried each other's dishes. We got the onion rings and dipped them in the house sauce! Can't go wrong with the steaks. They melted in our mouth. Even the kids meals were super tasty. And of course we had to have dessert huckleberry cheese cake yum!
Every employee made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Our waiter Joe was top amazing!

So good... especially on a snowy late evening with the fireplace and cozy atmosphere... the echeese stuffed elk meatballs were very tasty, the sandwhiches were both great... and they are in the lead for my favorite sweet tater fries

I had the elk burger with onion rings, medium rare.
It was a tasty burger with lots of different flavor, there was a crunch from the bacon, juicy pink middle with a perfectly cooked outside paddy, one thing that throw me off was the blue cheese was all in the middle so there were 2 bits that were over welming with just a single flavor, if it was spreed all around I bet it would have gone good with the mushrooms bacon and elk

I cannot say enough about the food, it was delicious! Our server was very polite and courteous, even took the time to tell us about things in the area that might interest us after we mentioned traveling with a side by side. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and how things are served which help in our decision making. Definitely, will stop here again if I ever get back to the area!

Such an amazing experience!! The food was so delicious and the service was absolutely fantastic. I had the Elk Salisbury and it was the most delicious thing I've had in forever. The drinks were so tasty. A little on the pricey side but so we'll worth it. The decor in the restaurant was so quaint. We will definitely be going back!!!

Appetizers were really good. And the drink list is great. Best pretzel bites we have had. The staff in bar were really friendly and service was top notch! Also love that you can be in a party of 5 and hear one another talk.

We didn't like the steak but they took care of it and everything else was amazing and our other dinner was delicious.
Service was very good.

We had a flight in the am and decided to stop in, burger and surf and turf where fantastic, the bar side is pretty dark but their Smokey old fashion was on point.

Absolutely delicious, service was wonderful and super attentive. The baby back ribs are outstanding and the mozzarella bread is so cheesy. 10/10 and will definitely be coming back.

Great food. Great staff. I still give it 5 stars but I will say you guys need to dust for sure. lol.

Staying next-door at the Hilton we decided to walk over here tonight for dinner. We were greeted immediately and taken to our table. I had made reservations not knowing how busy it was and I really didn’t need them for a Tuesday night. A lovely young lady approached our table and took our drink orders. When she returned She helped us in making some decisions on what to order. She was spot on with her choices. We both ordered a cup of the potato soup which hit the spot on a cold night. I had the huckleberry salmon and my colleague had the steak. Although I didn’t like the huckleberries on my salmon the salmon was cooked fine as I scraped off the huckleberries.
Great atmosphere, great decor and I would recommend stopping here for dinner if you’re in the area.

A very cute space with very good food. The prices are a bit higher than they could be, but overall a very nice dining experience.

Everything is perfect. We haven't been to a nice place in a long time. Can't wait for our next visit. Reservations recommended.

First time and it was a great experience. Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was great! My smoked prime rib was perfect, and my wife's surf and turf. Well, the sirloin was almost fork tender, and the scampi was spot on. We're already planning a trip back to try out more of the menu.
