We have been with Jodi Sarntee's office for approximately approximately 25 years. Jodi and her staff have taken great care of us. I wouldn't consider looking at anyone else, because their customer service is by far the best. They return calls and emails promptly. Plus, they contact me regularly to see if there is anything we need or if we need to review a policy. We use them for our personal and business policies. We feel like a VIP with them, and not just a policy/customer number.

This American Family Insurance agency is by far the best insurance company we've ever had. We have an umbrella policy through them and we saved an unbelievable amount of money, receive stellar service all the time, and they are super responsive. I've never waited for any request I've made and they always exceed my expectations!
