Gem Pharmacy

Gem Pharmacy is a great pharmacy. John goes out of his way to assist everyone with their medication. He is so professional and make sure before the medication‘s are out he refills them & has them delivered. I have followed John from a different pharmacy place because I love the way he is very organized and works with me and other people. Before the refills he always checks the medicine are up-to-date if they’re not he will notify me so I could go and speak with the doctor and get the prescriptions. John is an amazing individual very caring and works hard and treats everyone equally. We love John and what he does for all of us! Thank you John for everything you do! You are greatly appreciated!

Great pharmacy! Everyone is always nice & professional. Treats you like more than a patient/customer. Staff goes above and beyond normal service every time. Delivery service is also a bonus.

This pharmacy is wonderful. I can tell you that they took a household that needed a lot of assistance and offered med packs which took a load of worry off of our mind as a family.

They have taken extra care with my family members, and are extremely trustworthy and competent.

John the Phamacist is top notch and my family trusts him implicitly.

I've been going here for over 6 years. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and considerate and know me by name. Never had a negative experience here. When I have my daughter with me they always give her snacks at no charge. Love them!!!

Excellent customer service. They were closing at 5:30. I needed to pick up an Rx for my daughter. I called ahead because I was running late. The staff allowed me in after 5:30, and was courteous and professional. Thanks!!!

This is a great little pharmacy located in the Swedish Family Medical Center. Therefore, it is always easy to grab your prescription right after a doctors appointment if your doctor is located in the building. However, I would recommend this pharmacy to people even if their doctor is not located in the building. The staff is always extremely polite and friendly. If they do not know you on a first name basis they sure seem as though they do. They are always willing to help and go the extra step to contact your doctor to get your prescriptions filled. They also deliver which is great for people with mobility and transportation limitations. I would say that the only downside to this pharmacy is that they are not open on the weekends, but that is likely due to the fact that they are located in a doctor's office building which are usually close on weekends.

I have been doing business with this independent pharmacy for over 3 years and it has been a wonderful experience. I have a sister that is developmentally disabled and she takes lots of different medications and often changing to suit her syndrome and other medical needs. They have always gone above and beyond to see that she is never out. They will deal with the insurance agencies and bureaucracy and leave you stress free.They make each and every individual feel as though they are as important as the next. It is absolutely a family experience there. Over the years my sister and I have gotten to know all of them and they all go out of there way to make my sister feel loved and cared about. Can not say enough good things about this pharmacy. The prices are just as competitive as large pharmacies but you get the personal experience and knowledge they share. This is the only pharmacy that I will ever use. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been a customer for years, and it did not take long until I was on a first name basis with everyone there. The staff even know and love my dog and bearded dragons (lizards). Try taking a two-foot lizard and a 70 pound dog into a big chain pharmacy; they probably wouldn't like it much :-). At GEM, they are given affection and treats. They will also deliver your medications right to your front door. Best Pharmacy Ever!

This locally owned pharmacy gives exceptional service and I would highly recommend them. The personal care and customer service they gave to me and my family is beyond measure!

This little "gem" of a pharmacy is worth going out of your way for, especially because they will go out of their way for YOU! Remember friendly customer service? Remember being treated like a person, not just a customer? Remember delivery service? Remember someone willing to take some time with you, to find you what you need, to order, or to explain, or to just listen? Instead of the standard "if it's not out there, we don't have it" answers you get most places, the folks at this pharmacy do their best to actually HELP you! So I'm willing to work around the location and the hours maybe being a little less "convenient" than those of the conglomerates in order to support this small business. The feeling that you're more than just the next customer in line, and their willingness to help out, sold me the first time I called them. Go see them!

I have edited my post because I was dissatisfied before, and I let Gem know, and they have worked all week to make things right for me. I am so impressed with these guys- the problem I had was with the insurance company, I now realize. Gem has made and received probably ten calls or more on my behalf, even though I was not very nice to them. They really, really care. Thank you, Gem and Selena- you are miracle workers.

Amazing, compassionate people work there. Works with your doctor or insurance if there is an issue. They have your back 24/7. They are not open on the weekend but WILL open if you need something urgently. I trust them with my live as well as my families. Great team!!!

This Pharmacy has been a part of my family for 35 years. I see behind the scenes the dedication, and hard work they all put in to care for their community. Seeing my dad step back a bit and watching my wife step up, and fill his spot has been a very proud moment for me as her husband. She works around the clock helping others. Whether they are in your home assisting, or on the phone after hours, or driving your order to your home because the weather was bad and you couldn’t get out, I can go on and on about how much they all truly care about the people!

I had the best experience with this company. They came over went through the meds with me. Put them in bubble packs to make life easier. I highly recommend them if you are dealing with several meds. Thanks Gem pharmacy. I will be using them for all my pharmaceutical needs!

Always friendly, take the time to answer questions, a smile when ou go in, and a knowledgeable staff chock-full of expertise. I could save money on my mediciines by using another plan but, I won't give up this level of service for anything!
