If I may say if you can link your costumers (end-users) reviews to your Goggle map reviews .. This should help your future customers (end-users) to see what customer using your equipment think. Social media is now playing a big part on swaying customers decisions.

If I may point out it looks like you need a strong change manager - VP of Sales and Marketing to help the US perception of your products. I viewed your website and you have great looking equipment but if the ball is dropping by the team you will move backwards.

Mark VII employees from sales, service, and office that I have been dealing with offer me the best customer service and I can highly recommend Mark VII chemicals and services to other carwash owners.
