I moved from California to Denver in my Hyundai, and when I went to update my address with my insurance thru progressive they let me know that they do not offer full covered for my car in this area due to high theft… I was really disappointed. My friend told me she has her Hyundai insured thru GEICO so I decided to check them out. I was a little overwhelmed picking out what coverage was best and why I needed what, etc. so I called the Lakewood office and was helped by Yael. He was so patient and helpful, he walked me thru all of my options and explained the difference between each coverage. He gave me options and worked with my budget. He listened to all of my concerns and picked out the best policy for my needs. Cassandra was great. She gave me a call prior to my policy being renewed and walked me through my coverage (as it had been some time) and what she'd recommend changing prior to it autorenewing so that I could make any changes. And she got me signed up for renters insurance with much better coverage than what I had through the leasing office at my building. Give her a call if you need help.
