I really love my cars; and I have few classic European. They are like members of the family. You get protective, sentimental, you even name them…everyone does. So, when you take your car in for service, you have certain expectations and you dread the guys that come out of the back room: unkempt, confrontational, and not professional. Attitude is something you pick up from these people and it makes you feel uncomfortable, as if your family member with four wheels is not going to get the best attention or the service they deserve.
I can tell you that from my experience owning a European performance shop myself in the past, you walked into the door at Shaun’s Automotive; you have absolutely nothing to worry about.

I moved to Denver recently, I did some online research and found Shaun. I drove there to meet him as I had some issues with my Land Rover Exhaust. Shaun very quickly looked at and he knew right away and told me what need to be done. I brought the Land Rover back and they were reasonable on cost and time.

When I picked up the Truck I met Todd (Shaun’s right hand man) who worked on the Truck, were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the greatest care of my baby and explained well.

Everything about the shop was phenomenal. Don't fall for fancy shop setup. Thank you Shaun & guys…you’re the best! I really appreciate your hard work and expert service!

After I botched a backyard brake job I needed some help to get back on the road. I called up Shaun and he got me in almost immediately, with fair and transparent pricing. I was back on the road that evening. A few months later my brakes started to feel a little soft and I discovered the piece that had been replaced was leaking brake fluid - the car was dangerously low. I again called Shaun and he not only got me in quickly (again) but the work was warrantied. Fast and friendly service, and someone that stands behind their work, can't ask for much more!

It's hard to find a honest shop nowadays...BUT look no further than Shaun's Automotive!!! They do great work, very straightforward, and actually care about you as a customer. It pays to know people in the Automotive world, and although I haven't been coming here that long, I'm treated like I have...Broadway is loaded with dealerships, who only care about the money and take advantage of people. Stop wasting your money and support LOCAL family run businesses!!!

I had an expensive repair and chose Shaun's as it's very near my home. I was nervous as I've had bad experiences being a woman with being called "honey" and "sweetie" and being treated like I don't know a car from a wagon. Upon first meeting, Shaun was very nice and got the repair done the same day. When I got my car back, a few interior lights came on. I was a bit angry and frustrated at having to take my car back in. I assumed I'd hear, "It was like that when you brought it in. Not our problem." However, Shaun was very professional, apologized, and fixed the problem free of extra cost. I would highly recommend Shaun's Automotive and will go back to him in the future. Thank you Shaun!

I've had a few unrelated issues with my car lately and each time Shaun has been able to get my car in right away (within a day or the same day of me calling) and repaired quickly. This shop is fantastic! I was in a bind needing to get my oil pan gasket repaired before the weekend and I did not have time to do it myself. Shaun got me scheduled the same day and did it for half the price other places were quoting. He did not hustle me on any extra stuff and just got the job done quickly and what I asked for. He won my business from here on out.

I had my girlfriends daughter bring her vehicle in a couple of weeks ago. It was having some electrical issues that Shaun was able to address quickly and make the repairs. Shaun has done a lot of work on all of our family’s vehicles. It's so hard to find a trustworthy, good mechanic these days and I have definitely found one in Shaun. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of work on their car. He always gives us a fair price and finishes work in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable and professional. Shaun's Automotive was amazing! They got me in and fixed my issue quickly. The staff was friendly and I felt like they didn't try to take advantage of me or what I needed fixed for my vehicle.

The last year I've been dealing with a headache with my Murano and the check engine light. After two failed emissions inspections, I was given the runaround be several mechanics. Some gave me the wrong fixes and others just put their hands up.

I finally found Shaun and told him, 'please, if you can't fix it, just tell me but don't have me spend money that doesn't resolve the problem.' Shaun is such a personable, friendly guy, that I felt comfortable right away leaving my Murano with him.

He spent a day and a half with the car, narrowing down the issue to make sure the fix would do the job. He made the fixes and went the extra step of getting it passed emissions to make sure I didn't have a failure next time around. He kept me updated with several phone calls and texts so I wasn't left wondering where things were at.

His bill was very reasonable for the time and effort he put into the work and now I have a car with no more issues.

I will definitely be going back to Shaun.

I had a feeling that I would be happy with this place upon my first contact with them. When I called I spoke to Lexi and she was able to provide a very reasonable priced quote over the phone. I only thought I needed new sparkplugs. However, when I brought my truck in there Shaun gave it a one over and found something with my brakes. Apparently, when I did my brakes last time I failed to tighten one of the caliper bolts which could have been a major accident waiting to happen. The fact that they found it is testament to how detailed they are. They also came in about $1,000 less than the dealership. I couldn't have been happier with my interaction with this company. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs. I know I will use them again.

Shawn is simply the Best. He has been my mechanic for over 5 years now. Works on all my vehicles. My Porsche just came out of warranty so he works on that one now as well. Highly skilled 100% trustworthy always gives you a fair and reasonable price and is just an all around great guy. He is my go to on anything mechanical and I'm so happy that he is my Mechanic for Life.

If you happen to be an individual who doesn’t know much about cars or are in need of a good mechanic we all know how challenging it can be to find a trustworthy mechanic. Most mechanics are dishonest, charge you for things your car doesn’t actually need, and then take forever to get the work done. I assure you Shaun is honest and does not run his business like that! I truly feel like I hit the mechanic lottery by going to him! (Yes, it’s a thing! lol!)

I have been spoiled for a long time having my father (who is a mechanic) work on my cars. However, he was recently diagnosed with cancer and can no longer work on my car. 😢 I was pretty nervous seeking a mechanic to fix my car. But, it was leaking oil all over the place and I was worried driving it was going to damage the engine. Repairs had to be done and couldn’t be put off. So, I got on Google and started looking for mechanics nearby with good reviews. Shaun’s shop had great reviews and he was close by. I decided I’d take a leap of faith and give him a shot.

By accident (my fault), I initially dropped my car at the wrong shop. The other shop is near Shaun’s shop. I just wasn’t paying attention when I dropped it off. 🤦🏼‍♀ I’ll just say that shop did an inspection on my car and the cost for repairs almost caused me to have a heart attack! However, once we figured out where my car was (as I learned Shaun didn’t have it) Shaun immediately got my car and inspected it. He was able to do all the needed repairs for $1,800 less than the other shop!! As an extra bonus, Shaun and his wife are super friendly, they were amazing at communicating with me and explaining what repairs my car needed (in a way I could understand), and got my car in and out in under 24 hours!

When I went to pick up my car it looked like a new car! Shaun definitely went the extra mile by going to the car wash and not only cleaning my engine, but made my tires and the rest of the car shine! Trust me, if you need a good reliable mechanic who isn’t going to try to make an extra buck (or over a thousand), will treat your car well in addition to making you feel like you’re a friend of his who he’s known for years, I HIGHLY encourage you to take your car to Shaun’s Automotive. You will not be sorry!

I was extremely pleased with Shaun and the 60,000 mile service. He provided amazing communication and work on my car. I would highly recommend using Shaun Auto. The best validation is repeat business. I brought in my older 1990 car for Air Conditioning and he was able to get everything working. I will be bringing in all my family cars to Shaun for service. It is extremely difficult to find an honest and talented car mechanic that you trust. Shaun Auto checks all the boxes.
