Dr Norman and staff have been absolutely fantastic in every way. The office is a clean, modern design that smells fantastic, and they offer free cold bottled water and reading material while you wait.

Everyone in the office is happy and smiling and so very helpful with any questions we have. They joke around and are absolutely professional all at the same time.

Dr Norman is my favorite. She's kind and intelligent and goes out of her way to describe things in a way where we can understand them. Her passion for her very important work shows in everything she says and does.

My daughter has TMJ that has gone undiagnosed most of her life, so Dr. Norman and team came up with a game plan to help her get better in the most cost efficient way possible without surgery. I'm so grateful to her and her amazing team.

I highly recommend her for any other parent or patient out there needing TMJ services. We drive well over an hour for this excellent service and look forward to every visit.

Dr. Norman is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had a full mouth restoration and I was a challenging case.
She was there for me throughout this process committed to do everything required to make sure they were perfect! Angie is the most thorough hygienist I’ve ever had. Judy who runs the scheduling of appointments always took the time needed to make sure you got beyond the best service. But on top of all of that, they and everyone else that works there are some of the nicest, most fun and caring people I’ve ever met. It’s a pleasure to see them for appointments. I drive from Seattle to Everett which actually isn’t as far as it sounds. It’s completely worth every minute. Oh and my teeth are beautiful. They completely fit my face and look so natural. Dr. Norman is truly an artist as well as beyond technically skilled!

I came to Dr Norman a few months after a jaw dislocation that left me with a semi-locked jaw. My primary care doctor tried loads of muscle relaxants before referring me for a surgical consult. The surgical center suggested trying ortho first. It's a very specialized treatment and i was lucky enough to find a fantastic team right in Everett at the most spa-like dentist office I've ever seen. It wasn't a quick fix—it's a pretty involved process—but they took great care of me throughout.

Dr. Amy Norman, DDS is incredibly warm and welcoming. It never felt like I was at a dentists office when I was there. I was very comfortable and relaxed. I had her make me an Orthotic for TMJ. She also did treatments for my TMJ. She completely healed me. I truthfully did not think it was possible due to horrible pain I was in. I am now free from pain and have all mobility back in my jaw. I’m so thankful to Dr. Norman and to her team!

I had been experiencing pain in my jaw and had difficulty opening my mouth, and after visiting Dr. Amy Norman, I learned that it was TMJ. Dr. Norman's approach to treating my TMJ was not only thorough but also very informative. She took the time to explain to me the root cause of my pain and provide excellent treatment. Dr Norman and the rest of The Dream Team are absolutely a dream come true! I am one who hides from the dentist for as long as possible, but not anymore after I found Amy. Her team took me in on very short notice when I had a flight to catch but chipped my front tooth. They fixed my tooth and got me on my way in one visit. They had two techs working together to make my color match perfect and they fussed over it until the artist (dentist) was satisfied with her work. They showed me my new tooth and I couldn’t believe how real and blended it looked. I go there now as standard and every referral has been on point, every visit has been so great that I feel like I’m going to a salon!!!!

Amy Norman and her team are a dream come true for my previous debilitating jaw pain. The pain is virtually nonexistent after one year.

When I first came in a year ago, I was experiencing sharp pains in my right jaw joint and couldn’t chew even soft foods. After some x-rays, Amy saw that my joint had become arthritic and was wearing down which made my bite and surrounding facial muscles angry. With the help of TENs unit and facial scans, we were able to establish a baseline and see how stressed my muscles were.
She took the time to explain next steps and answered any questions.

An Orthotic was created based on the precise measurements taken and every subsequent visit Amy and Alondra would measure my facial muscles to adjust the orthotic accordingly. It was still my responsibility to wear it as directed and attend therapy to strengthen shoulders in order to achieve the best results. With every visit, I would notice my jaw wasn’t as tight and the adjustments became smaller, which meant my muscles were finally settling into their natural position again. This reflected greatly in reduced my pain felt. 6 months after my last adjustment. I am happy to say that my bite has stabilized and I am pain free. Amy did offer additional options such as braces if further treatment was needed.

I went to Dr.Norman on a complete whim. I had a friend in high school who got veneers done there but other than that I didn’t know very much about them. I chose to go for an initial visit and every preconceived notion I had about the dentist was non existent. Judy who works in the front is the sweetest most accommodating receptionist. Actually, she didn’t even feel like a receptionist, she would take time to stop in my room and admire my teeth along the way. After a few visits Dr.Norman and I had come to an agreement that we would do 4 veneers and preserve my front teeth. She emphasized that she had never done this before but truly believed this was indeed the best care plan for me as well. From that point forward every interaction I have had with Dr. Norman and her staff have been 6/5 stars. There is so much attention to detail and if you fear the dentist this is the place to go. I have never felt more comfortable in my life. After several months of prepping for my final veneers I was worried about loosing a lot of healthy tooth in order to make room for the veneer. Once again, I was completely shocked at Dr.Normans ability to do minimal prep veneers and save so much of my natural tooth. I don’t have nubs under my veneers, I still have a whole healthy tooth!! It’s almost a month later and I have zero sensitivity or pain. Dr. Norman didn’t just do the easiest treatment possible, she took into consideration all aspects of my requests and really worked her bum off to provide me with the most beautiful, HEALTHY, smile.

Doctor Amy Norman is an excellent dentist and uses all the latest technology in her field. I had to have a failing bridge replaced and the care and compassion that Doctor Norman and her team provided is beyond compare. Years ago, when seeing a different dentist, I had to have my original bridge replaced and when it was removed, an anchor tooth broke. This caused extensive procedures and resulted in a 6-tooth bridge instead of 4. That bridge never looked natural and caused other mouth issues. My fear and stress of having to replace the bridge was extremely high but Doctor Norman explained every step she would take to ensure that the anchor teeth would not break during the removal. And she did exactly what she explained, and no anchor teeth broke. Yeah! She has such attention to detail and when she removed the old bridge and put in the temporary one, I cried with joy. The temporary bridge is beautiful, and my teeth feel normal for the first time in years. I am excited to get the permanent bridge and actually look forward to going to the dentist for the first time in many years. I highly recommend Doctor Norman and her team. She and her team are incredibly supportive, listen to your concerns, and perform outstanding dental services.
