Caruso's Sandwiches and Artisan Pizza

Got the Italian Stallion, it was delicious. I ate in, the atmosphere was really nice, very big place. Super friendly staff, owner was incredibly friendly and fun to chat with. (At least I think he was the owner 🤔) the food was plenty for me, got the half sub with the meal. Price was very reasonable. And do yourself a favor and get the root beer! Soooo good!

This was the first time I had been to a Carusos.
I have their signature sandwich and my guest had the chicken pasta.
The sandwich was very good although I would’ve liked to seen more condiments on it. Maybe honey mustard, or a horseradish mustard. But that is my personal preference not a reason to complain. Not sure that was an option but if you’d like a little more zest or pep in your sandwich, definitely ask for something. Not a complaint just something to be aware of.
The pasta dish was definitely filling and was very good.
Since I am a fan of all things cream soda, I have to mention this is one of the soda options.

I can't comment on the service or atmosphere because I hadn't gone in. A few weeks ago my girl had surprised me ordering dinner on a Friday night and she'd ordered the chicken pesto sandwich, chef salad and turkey chicken ranch wrap. Now normally I'm not a pesto fan but she didn't know that. However, the star of the chicken pesto sandwich was indeed the pesto and made the sandwich pop and an amazing hit. I'd never been to this place or ordered from there but the food was more than worth the price, and probably my #1 spot in the area now when wanting to order out. 5 stars without question!

Love Caruso's for an easy grab and go meal. Has GFree pizza which my daughter loves. We usually call ahead or order on-line to grab food while traveling through.

We did a platter of wraps for a birthday party. We got a variety of all the wraps. They were a huge hit. They make them so the sauce doesn’t weigh down the salad in the wraps so they lasted all day. Highly recommend their wraps to please a crowd.

Great service, great staff. Have had Caruso's club a few times. My favorite sandwich spot. Their pizzas are TOP TIER too. 5 stars.

My bf brought me out to lunch as a surprise since I work from home and need to get out! Anyway, our first time and fairly new to the area too, I really wanted a sandwich and we decided to check you guys out. The place was very nice - clean, clearly marked as to what to do and we were surprised by the wide array of choices - sandwiches, soups, calzones, pizzas, etc etc. Being from New Hampshire and missing a lot of my favs and not finding a place (so far) that had what I wanted, I was pleasantly surprised that I saw you had pastrami (yaaay). We walked up to the young lady, behind the register, and she was very patient and nice as it was our first time and she ensured she got our order correct. I, of course, got the pastrami requested it to be finely chopped, wanted american cheese but it seems to be a delicacy around here (unlike New England) lol, and decided on swiss with a small amount of dijon and toasted. My bf had a build your own roast beef sub - lettuce, tomato, mayo, onions - and also toasted. First, we were so surprised by how big the sandwich was and your bread reminded of the bread I got at a local place back home ... and you guys nailed it! It was awesome - crispy on outside (when toasted) and soft on the inside - with a hint of chewy like a good italian bread but in a good way. The ingredients were fresh and a nice amount (not skimpy, thats for sure). My sandwich was awesome, the only difference was it was a smoky pastrami, so not quite the same as my fav but very close to what I miss. My bf loved his sandwich as well - it was fresh, had a good amt of ingredients and followed what he wanted. We both said we would definitely be back as its been hard to find a really good sandwich place - decent quantity and great quality for the price! And to top it off, the inside was a brick and black iron, mill building feel and had quite a few places to sit - booths, high tops and tables and we will need to try the outdoor seating once its open. We were thrilled to find this place and will definitely be back :)

Impressed with both the atmosphere and the food. The quantity and quality of our food was impressive. Every aspect of our visit was impressive.
Were were there between lunch and dinner so there wasn't a crowd.

Fast service, good variety of pizza choices. The pizza crust was well made and delicious. Not your typical pizza or mass produced. Plenty of space in the restaurant. Loved this place, will come again.

Good was great. Ordered a pizza, the Vinny. Great taste, well seasoned, very flavorful. Reasonably priced. I'll be going back next time I'm in Spokane.

I was passing through Spokane on an epic cross-country roadtrip and looked up suggested food stops on Google. Caruso's was quick to appear and their menu looked worthy of checking out. When I walked in with my dad, all the staff was very welcoming. Mr. Caruso himself took our order and was so pleasant. The restaurant had great way finding and ensured distance from others with arrows taped on the ground for guidance.
I had the chicken pesto sandwich and it was delicious. I was looking for a hot sandwich and this hit the spot. Took it to go and didn't have a problem eating it and driving.

I love it here!! So yummy and comfortable. I adore their Cajun pizza. Highly recommend

Food is super delicious for being so simple. Great menu, everything tastes fresh, and always a go to when nothing else sounds good. Love the Italian bowl and salads. Simple and delicious. They have great beer on tap as well. Gets busy during lunch and dinner, but definitely worth a stop.

First Caruso's we visited. Newer location. Great atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and showed us the ropes on ordering. We ordered a pizza to take home to our son. He also loved it.

I've been here twice now, got the Tuscan and Cajun pizza. They were bomb. Topping were good. The crust is great! Come eat here!!

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. Prices are more than reasonable and always space to sit down and enjoy a meal.
