Fleet Feet provided a high-quality experience for getting new running shoes. My consultant, Gavin, was genuine, caring, and committed to getting me high-quality shoes best fit for me. He didn’t relentlessly push additional products on me, but provided insight on the value of some additional purchases (specifically, some supporting insoles). He was also respectful about my decision as it related to cost. Overall, very happy!

Went in for the first time a little overwhelmed by all the different types of running shoes, but Cody was awesome and helped me narrow it down and figure out what would be best for my type of foot. Excited for my super comfy new shoes! 10/10 would recommend

Aubrey was quick to respond to my feedback on incorrect hours posted on Google maps. Within the next few days, the hours posted were corrected on Google maps. The hours could change again for the Summer as we get more daylight. Updated my rating for their great communications.

A bit upset that I drove to this location to find them close. Their advertised hours in Google Maps are incorrect. Don’t trust the hours on Google Maps.

Exceptional service, Cody really knows what he is doing. He listens and he is patient while I was trying on different shoes. Left the store and walked on the high line pain free. Game changer!

Abraham was friendly and helpful. Typically, I get overwhelmed when it comes to buying clothes/shoes at higher price points, but I needed a new pair of shoes that were approved by my podiatrist. Abraham was patient, helped me to measure my feet, and provided me with a variety of options that I actually liked. I came in expecting to get the Altra Paradigm and left with the Hoka Gaviota 5… and in a color that’s not black for once. I appreciate you, Abraham!

I had purchased of pair of Hoka’s that I was not happy with. I went in to do an exchange and I am so happy that I had Veronica help me out. She did a foot scan and I am so thankful she did. Great time there. They took the time for introductions and discussing goals. Brought in my current pair of shoes and listed my problems that I'm having adding running to my Orangetheory workouts. They solved it so fast. I was in and out in a flash and learned some cool things about my feet with the scan. Definitely recommend.

I walked in thinking I wanted a specific On shoe for casual running. Evan was super helpful and educated me a lot on the different styles of On shoes and really took the time to let me try on several different pairs and was patient with me. He also did a cool scan of my feet which helped us figure out I actually needed a half size bigger. Would highly recommend going in and trying especially if you interested in On shoes because I have never experienced so much difference in show styles within the same company.

Had a great experience here today. The person who helped me was just fantastic and got me into my first pair of zero drop shoes. He offered great advice for the transition and was patient with me while I tried on a few pairs to find what would work for me. Just finished a 5K in them and couldn't be happier with the purchase.

As far as the store goes, it was super clean and the inventory was great! I had to work hard not getting distracted by looking into other gear while I was here. I'll definitely be back to fill future needs! Thanks a bunch!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! They had exactly what I was looking for in stock but would definitely recommend calling ahead, because some other customers encountered the issue of not having their size while I was there. The store was very clean and orderly. Overall a great experience!

Been doing orange theory for a couple of months now and decided to get some better running shoes. Fleet feet helped out by understanding my needs and addressing all my concerns. They provided a variety of styles and sizes to determine what beat met my needs.

I am old and have some problems with my feet. They have a good selection and a 30 return policy. I got some very educated advice and found comfortable walking shoes. They do stride analysis and help you find the right shoes. Highly Recommend.
