I bought my 2017 Nissan Armada from Groove Etc last week. I absolutely love the car! It was exactly what I wanted...every option and color I was looking for!
A huge thank you to Patrick who went out of his way to make the buying experience a great one right from my very first phone call to them! He was extremely respectful of my time. No all day adventure at the dealership. I felt he was straightforward and honest with regard to my financing, trade in situation as well as quickly resolving a few small concerns I had about the vehicle I was buying.

This place is awesome! I am a first time car buyer, and Savannah and Ben made the process so easy. I cannot recommend them enough! Even though I was grumpy about having to buy a car earlier than planned due to an accident, Mark Davis made the process very enjoyable. He was very personable, took the time to explain the features of the car I was interested in buying and did not pressure me into anything. They didn’t balk at my request to have the car inspected by a mechanic, and when a few minor things were found, they worked to fix them right away. I am also happy about the limited warranty and the 3 free oil change & tire rotation service offered. I would certainly recommend Groove Etc. to my friends and family.

Excellent purchase experience. The sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy at all. The car we purchased is in pristine shape and was fairly priced. We worked with Jordan, Vince, Patrick and Aaron. They made this purchase a seamlessly positive experience. I would highly recommend Groove, Etc!

These guys are the best! After I bought my used car, I found three issues. Groove said, "No problem, we'll fix it." We scheduled an apt. and I took a half day off work to have the issues addressed. Two issues were fixed and the other required a part. They ordered in the part and I took Friday off to have the work completed, unfortunately the repair didn't take. At this point I said, "Guys, I can't continue to take time off to drive down to your location (2 hours round trip)." They said, "No problem Mr. Coveney, we will have someone drive a loaner car to your location and then return your car to you when it's done." They gave me a brand new car as a loaner for three days (2 hour round trip delivery), and the service manager actually drove my car back to me (another 2 hrs round trip drive) when my car was ready. AND, they also permanently fixed the issue.

Most used car places would never make a 2 hour round trip drive to drop off a loaner car, and then another 2 hour round trip drive to pick it back up. Groove did. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They definitely back up their word.

I have purchased my last 4 business vehicles from Groove with the help of Aaron Rankin. Aaron has gone above and beyond for me to find the best vehicles at the best prices. He even shipped 2 Ford T-250s from across the country and still saved me money over local deals. I trust Aaron and Groove with all my car purchases.

Although my experience didn't end in a sale. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Savannah was awesome from the start in trying to get us in our dream vehicle, and Ben in finance was beyond amazing in trying to get us a deal that worked for everyone. He worked diligently to get us the best deal we could get. It sucks that things had changed so quickly for us that we weren't able to make this sale with them. If I am ever in need of a vehicle down the line, I would not hesitate to stop in and give them my business. Very professional and courteous people here. They were awesome!

Being 8 months pregnant with a 4 and 2-year-old in tow, I never thought test driving and purchasing a vehicle could be as painless and efficient as it was at Groove Etc.! Since my husband couldn’t travel to the dealership due to work, Dan and Mark were awesome to work with by letting me drive the vehicle home so that my husband could see it. I didn’t experience the sales pressure and lengthy negotiating and paperwork prep/completion of other dealerships. I love my new car and I would recommend Groove Etc. to anyone in the market for a new vehicle! (I didn’t receive any incentive for writing this either)

Big shoutout to the “Three Stooges” (Jay, Shawn and Aaron) for making my purchase experience absolutely seamless. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and within 2 hours, they made it happen. I can not say enough great things about Groove Etc. and my sales associate Savannah. When I inquired about the vehicle she called me back within minutes. She was so accomodating to my limited schedule and had the car pulled right up and ready for me to drive. She instantly handed me a packet of papers with all the vehicles features, carfax, fmv report and limited warranty information without me even asking for it. Her and Ben worked to find a fantastic financing option that worked for me with an incredible term and intetest rate. I bought the vehicle and had some minor things that needed to be taken care of, all done within the week I bought it. Oh and the detailed it for me while I was finishing up my paperwork with my 2 kids!! I LOVE my vehicle and will absolutely call my friends at Groove next time I am in the market for a car. These guys were amazing. Jay, Josh and Jonathan were extremely helpful. I’ve never been to a better place. This team legitimately cares about the people they are working with as well as getting them the best deal. If they don’t have a car that you want, I highly recommend talking to Jay to see if he can pick up the car you’re looking for. It would be worth it to work with them.

A saving grace

I was on the market for about a week before I stumbled into The Groove etc and met Jay..

Before meeting Jay, I got sold one lemon vehicle and demanded my money back. Took another in for inspection before purchase and found the same senerio. I was starting to loose hope and determined that all car lots wanted your money but didn’t care about you but THANK GOD FOR JAY. He is a dad with children so he cares about your safety more than making a buck. My price range is low so Jay went out of his way and made it his personal responsibility to make sure I was placed in reliable vehicle (even if that didn’t mean from his lot). He is the kind of guy you want to buy your car from because he is trustworthy, honest, and genuine. I will be recommending Jay and Groove etc to all of my family and friends.

I’m looking forward to continuing to buy every car from Jay because car shopping is no longer stressful and scary. I know I have someone on my side.
